Brad and Rich did a great job replacing our furnaces. They came on time each day and communicated every detail to us. Would definitely recommend them for a furnace replacement!

I called Winters Home Services after I noticed my ceiling was dripping/leaking and there was water damage to my walls. I thought the problem was with my A/C unit. The technician, Jeff Harris, arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. He was able to quickly figure out that the problem was actually coming from two units above me. It was a very simple fix. The whole appointment took about 30 minutes and only cost me the $29 diagnostic fee. All the other companies I called wanted to charge between $120-$195 just for diagnosis. I will definitely be using Winters again in the future! Thanks again!

Vinnie & Lucas showed up today on their way from finishing up another job in Boston. My initial appointment was about a week from today, but they had an opening and came in today. I had a fuse on the circuit board that blew up and I had replaced it and it blew up again after a day or so. Vinnie and Lucas were very friendly, answered all my questions and the best part was that there is a 90 day guarantee on the job and Vinnie even wrote in the invoice that if the fuse blows up again, then the cost of this repair would be credited towards any work that might have to be done again. This puts my mind at ease.

Jeff has provided plumbing repair and installation to my house for at least 15 years. He is always on time, professional, and proficient in his approach to the job. In addition, he is courteous and he uses all safety practices. Systems are in working order when he leaves. He always finishes on time or earlier.

We have a maintenance contract for our heating and air conditioning systems. Today's appointment was for regular maintenance on our heating system. As always, the service was excellent.

Anthony was so professional and kind and efficient and very knowledgeable about everything. He fixed the problem with a lot of attention to detail and also a good sense of humor.
