Great experience with Rafael and Dan! I called when our heat wasn’t working, and was also interested in setting up preventive maintenance for our HVAC system. They were backed up until January for inspections for new customers, but I was able to get a service appointment the following week to check out our heat, and was told that our tech would also perform an inspection if there was time. Rafael and Dan arrived on time and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Luckily our “repair” was a simple one (due to user error, oops) and they had plenty of time for a system inspection. They went over our options, educated us on our system, and made time to go out for a part that needed replacement in our water heater. We signed up for a service plan and are very happy we did - we thought the guys were great and feel we’re in very capable hands with Winters.

They are very responsive and professional, their price is comparable to other good reputable Plumbing and heating companies, we are still evaluating our options. But we are very impressed with their knowledge and honesty about the replacement of high efficiency heating systems.

Nick arrived promptly, thoroughly explained the tasks needed and quoted standard price. He worked efficiently and checked some other minor things I asked about. Overall he was pleasant to work with and I’m confident he fixed the problem which was a critical need- a clogged kitchen sink drain. I’m a satisfied customer.

Zane came back after ordering a part he couldn't make it the first day but called toes if he could come the next day. They let me know they were running late and had to reschedule which is so important. My neighbor let them in and Zane installed the part.

Vincent came out to remedy an earlier unsuccessful service call regarding the humidifier on my HVAC system. The previous tech installed a new humidifier filter but put it in backwards, allowing for a hose to pop loose and cause a significant leak. The follow-up job was extremely simple, Vincent saw immediately what had gone wrong, and fixed it in 5 minutes.

Great company! All team members have been excellent, for various repairs over the years. Fast, efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. Our family’s go-to plumbers for a reason.

Anthony updated my leaky/ broken shut off valve under my kitchen sink. Replumbed an improperly installed drain pipe, from the wall to the garbage disposal and installed a water line for the ice maker in the refrigerator that he ran under the cabinets. He was great, speedy and tackled some complex configurations, all with a cheery attitude. I highly recommend Winters and Anthony.

Zane was friendly and professional. He very quickly diagnosed the problem with my boiler, explained to me how that was preventing hot water from circulating, then offered a few different repair options. I would definitely recommend Winters Home Services, and will use them again for boiler servicing.
