TF Complete Heating & Cooling

Overall I was highly satisfied with my service. I got an appointment for a routine maintence visit within 24 hours of calling. The service technician, JUSTIN, was on time, thorough and professional in all respects.

We had mini spits air and a new boiler and water heater installed. Design of the house and our desires created some challenges but the team provided solutions to our satisfaction in a very professional way.

I'm happy to write this review...Great service experience on short notice and their technician, Caleb did a tremendous job. He was thorough in his analysis, explained the process while answering all my questions and got both of my systems up and running in spite of the inclement weather. Kudos to the TFricker Team!

Tom and his team do a great job of making sure the job is done well. The inspection and quoting process is top notch with clear to understand options and the installation was quick with great clean-up (I almost felt guilty for how much nicer they left it than how it was when they started).

Overall we had a good experience with Tom and his team and the end result offered exactly what we were looking for at a very competitive price compared to some other quotes we received. Tom & team replaced my furnace after a MassSave assessment. They are knowledgeable and provide excellent service. The team is professional and have great communication. After they are done, they leave your place cleaner than when they started. They also made the MassSave paperwork easy. I recommend them without hesitation!

The team at TF complete heating & cooling was great. They did an excellent job installing our new heat pump system, especially in retrofitting our existing and very old/complicated duct work.
