Tom and his team are friendly, knowledgeable and came into our home treating it as their own. They were clean, courteous and incredibly patient with my kids and all their questions. Anne and the office team were very helpful through the estimate and payment phases as well as the state rebates. I highly recommend them for your home hvac needs.

Generally all service from Tom Fricker has been great over several years, maintenance and repairs. Most recent service was exceptional; showed up exactly on time after I had voiced timing concerns. Did complete maintenance, explained about an issue that was then resolved immediately. Explained why and how much it would cost, right then. Was was careful of COVID19 concerns. Since the visit the A/C has been working better than it has been in quite some time. Also the office contacts for billing and setting up appointments have been wonderful; friendly, efficient, and informative. Couldn't ask for better all-round customer service!

Paul and crew arrived on time each day. They kept me informed of what they were doing each day and what the plan was four the next day before they left. They were professional and did a great job!

I recently had a new furnace installed in my home. Throughout the process, the entire Fricker team impressed me with their responsiveness, knowledge, quality work and professionalism. I felt confident I was in good hands, every step of the way. But I think what impressed me most was they cleaned up EVERYTHING - not a drop of dust or parts left over ... I would never have known they were there!

I had an issue with one of my a/c central air zones. Called Tom Fricker and explained my issue. I received a call back within a half hour and had a technician at my home an hour after that. Justin diagnosed and then fixed my problem all within a few hours of my original call. Where do you get same day service anymore especially at a reasonable price. I highly recommend!
