I had called Fricker Heating because our heating system needed to be replaced. This company was one of four called that day. He returned my call the same day, came to view the system and had a written estimate. We agreed to the contract and signed. Tom immediately put us on the schedule and when he was shorthanded one day, he personally came to finish the project. Talk about service that is second to none! Great job.

We had a new Viessmann gas heating system installed by Tom Fricker's crew. From the process of quoting our options, installing the system and filing for a rebate, they were there to assist with any questions. We of course also use Fricker/Complete for regular maintenance for both the heating and central air. Highly recommend this excellent local business.

Bob Kevin and Ross installed two high efficiency gas furnaces and two heat pump/AC units with new WiFi thermostats. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. Two minor issues were quickly corrected and the entire team was great to deal with from the initial quotation to the end of the installation

Good people going the extra mile to get your system back on track

Tom and his team were fantastic in all phases of the process of installing my whole-house Mitsubishi air-source heat pump system (ASHP) to offset my old oil boiler baseboard heating system. This ASHP also replaced my aging ducted central AC.

Scheduling the quote was easy and Tom gave a thoughtful assessment of the job while keeping in mind the customer, rather than simply maximizing his profit.

His install team was courteous and professional--not to mention humorous--and even took care of some extraneous work for free during the process. They were also able to get the job done under an aggressive timeline to meet a rebate deadline.

Communication also went exceptionally well with his office during the process of filing paperwork for the job and rebates.

All in all, I am so very happy I went with Tom and his team for my installation and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for HVAC work.

Technician arrived ahead of schedule, ready to work... Very cordial and business like, and put booties on over his shoes to protect our floors. He went right to work to find out what was causing the noise in our condensing units outside... He checked both upper and lower floor AC units and determined that the noise was a vibration on the exterior cover to each unit caused by some minimal normal wear of the condensing units... He explained that this is a normal part of the unit's aging and gave us the estimated life of our units... He also gave us several different maintenance options, but felt that at the current time we were fine and not to worry about it... The Tom Fricker Heat and AC tech was one of the most professional Techs that I have seen in a long time... I highly recommend their services....

The team who arrived to complete the install where very professional. They explained the steps, the timing and completed the job on time. They were very clean and did a wonderful job installing everything.

Everyone was great to work with and they went the extra mile to get my heat back up as soon as possible on the coldest few days of the year. Caleb and Tom are fantastic! My Family and I thank you so much! Highly Recommend!
