Outstanding experience. Professional techs, sales, and follow up. Everything was install sooner than expected and they left everything clean when they finished. Really enjoyed working with TF Complete.

Got my annual routine cleaning done. Tech answered any questions I had.

Replaced AC system and condenser unit. AC system in attic up attic stair well. Performed quickly, very respectful of house, laid down sheets on floors, took away old unit and boxes from new unit. Even replaced thermostat I had purchased from MassSave.

We had an annual service on our system. Justin arrived early. He was polite and professional. He worked inside and outside of our home. He was neat, efficient and thorough. Before he left he made sure he told us what he had done and asked if we had any questions.

Great company to work with. Tom was extremely helpful during the quote process to determine what system was right for my house and we were able to schedule installation only a week after committing to them. The crew was very professional, clean, and accommodating throughout the installation

I contacted TF Heating and Cooling to check my AC on 6/14/21 as it was not cooling effectively. Technician came a month later and added some refrigerant, but that did not seem to lower temp of cooled air. I asked for my bill on the day of service but technician said he would have someone give me a quote on a new system and he would address the bill later. A month later a salesman checked out my house and needs and said he would provide a quote for a new system. After many calls and emails I finally got a quote a month after the visit. Needless to say I went with another AC installer due to the lack of urgency by TF. I did however receive a bill for over $1300 for my original technician visit almost 4 months after that first visit. I strongly disagreed with that bill. A week later it was turned over to a collection agency. I eventually received a corrected bill of $854 which I paid even though I thought that was still too high. DON'T do business with TF heating and cooling as they are slow to respond and extremely expensive.

Tom and his team came out just over a year ago and installed a new furnace and central AC. The whole experience was excellent. It could not have gone any smoother. Everyone was so professional and friendly and we are thrilled with our new system!!

Today, we had a technician come out for service, and he was excellent. I wish I caught his name! He was friendly and very knowledgeable, explaining everything that was going on with our furnace.

Technicians were good listeners, as we had asked for them to check for a specific problem. They checked and there was no problem. Both men were polite and professional. Their work seemed thorough. They explained the work and made recommendations for future maintenance.

I contact Fricker for all my AC and Furnace work. Justin has been to my house 3 times in the last few months. The first to disconnect my AC/heat pump unit, to allow for foundation repair behind unit. Again to reconnect the unit and most recently to perform a yearly maintenance on my furnace. He demonstrates knowledge and dedication to each task. Even answering questions about the product he is servicing. I highly recommend this team of dedicated professionals.
