TF Complete Heating & Cooling

About a couple of years ago, 2 of my existing systems were replaced as the Freon gas kept running low, not to mention that type of Freon gas was being phased out. At the 2nd season right before the warranty was about to expire, 1 of the 2 unit started having the same issue with refrigerant running low. This is when I called to inform of the issue. A technician came and refilled the refrigerant along with dye to identify the location of the leak in the refrigerant lines. Just last week, technician came by and confirmed the leak, and said that Andi and Steve will get back with what and how they will remediate the issue. Wonderful service; very responsible; and runs business with integrity!

I had two AC condensers switched out with Heat Pumps. TF was very knowledgeable and concerned about my needs on quoting. Also, very honest for the project timing. Extremely well project managed when installation occurred, the team turned up with all the equipment needed for the entire project on day 1. Everything! The whole project was completed on time and all technicians/electricians were extremely knowledgeable, nice and courteous. Fantastic help from the knowledgeable office staff in assisting with the project and the Mass Rebate. I waited to write this review as I literally just received a check for the exact amount forecast on the quote.
I personally do not write many reviews, but can not say enough good things about TF Complete Heating and Cooling. I got five quotes for this project and absolutely went with the right crew.

Years ago they installed my HAVC unit. I noticed it had developed a leak. Even through their purchase by another company, they have maintained a personal touch. They solved my leak without charge since it was a function of the original installation. Andy and Barbara were both great to work with, as usual and as expected.

Technician was friendly and considerate. Service was supposed to include a new filter but they don’t carry that specific filter on the truck. I feel like a credit should have been issued to the account since the filters cost $50.

Had heard great things from neighbors and they were able to help a friend with an emergency furnace issue quickly then I booked them for maintenance myself afterwards. Did a great job and both the technician and the office staff I spoke to were very friendly.

TFC has been my go-to HVAC company for more than 20 years. They just replaced one of my furnaces and did an outstanding job as usual. System is working perfectly and the integration of the humidifier with the the thermostat is an added plus. I highly recommend TFC!

I highly endorse Tom Fricker Heating & Cooling for anyone looking for a mini-split system. I recently purchased a starter home that had electric resistance (baseboard) heating from the 1970s. Needless to say, my electric bill was over $400 per month in the winter for a small 700sq ft home. I knew it was time to look into Mini-splits and got nothing but great reviews about Mitsubishi Hyper Heat Systems. I only wanted a Mitsubishi Diamond Installer to do the work because it comes with a great warranty and I know they were trained by Mitsubishi.

I received estimates from four companies. Tom Fricker immediately impressed me by confirming our appointment, arriving on time, and taking the time to learn about my needs, concerns, and what the “perfect scenario” looked like for me.

I can’t say that about the other companies. Two of them marched in here telling me what I wanted and tried to sell me a large system, claiming “If you go smaller you won’t be able to heat the house”. On the other hand, Tom recommended a smaller single head unit for me and was very confident that I would be more than satisfied. He was correct with his assessment as I have been heating my home exclusively with the mini-split. It has been battle-tested in single-digit lows this February without skipping a beat! It also saves me a lot of money per month in energy bills!

Within 2 weeks of the estimate, they were able to install this for me, knowing how urgent I needed it to heat my home. The installation took a half-day and the inside unite looks great! The outside unit was properly installed, and they took great care in not splitting my old cedar shingle siding. The outside looks as inconspicuous as possible and is properly weather-sealed, I am notorious for “double-checking” anyone who does work on my home, and this was the first time I had no concerns or follow-ups.

I am a highly satisfied customer and Tom had an extremely competitive price, did not try to oversell, and personally communicated with me through the process. Plus, their installation team was professional and the office staff friendly, what more could you ask for?

Excellent support both over the phone and in my home. Alex and his assistant installed two furnaces in a timely and superior manner. Highly recommend!

Ray did a great job diagnosing the issue and communicating what was needed to rectify the issue. What was even better was the fact I called at 8am with the issue. Ray was at my house by Noon, and problem was fixed by 2pm. TF Complete has always done a great job for us.
