TF Complete Heating & Cooling

My initial experience with this company has been entirely positive. Our AC unit was not running so I contacted Tom Fricker HVAC. Christine answered my call, professionally, and immediately scheduled our appointment for the same week. I called on the day of the service to confirm our appointment, and Christine told me she would contact the technician and inform me of the technician's estimated time of arrival. These two communications with the company showed professionalism that impressed me. Bob, and a Co-Op, Harley, arrived on site on time and greeted me professionally. After Bob determined the fault was due to the condenser unit not receiving 24volts, he continued to troubleshoot and diagnose the other components of the outside condenser unit. He also took the time to explain to Harley what he was doing, and also had Harley perform some of the work. Bob also checked my heating system and found it to be in excellent working order, although dated. The entire system is 18+ years old. I asked Bob to make a recommendation regarding a system upgrade which he did. My wife and I are very pleased with the professionalism of Bob and Harley regarding the workmanship and the willingness to explain in what condition our current system is, and recommendations for an upgrade. Tom Fricker will be my first call for future needs.

We recently had Tom Fricker Heating & AC (Franklin, MA) instal new AC in our home. Ann answered our call and was very pleasant to work with. She went out of her way to get our AC installed quickly and on our time schedule. Tom Fricker sends out emails in advance letting their customers know who is coming to your home and the work that will be completed. When their technicians arrive they take the time to introduce themselves and explain the work completed. Andy, Kevin, Matt and Ross came to do our installation. They were very professional and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. We highly recommend them.

Great dealing with James and the TF companies professionalism.

Overall disappointing experience. Had “technician” named Matt over multiple times to fix my AC and he never did the most basic things like checking the AC filter or actually diagnosing any issues. Seemed to just waste time, not really know what he was doing, tried to over charge me and looked relieved when I cancelled any further work from him and called another company

What a wonderful experience! Bob was right on time for our AC check-up and used booties on my hardwood floors. He was pleasant, explained everything he was doing, made good suggestions, and was efficient with his time. From my first call to the business, I have been impressed with the level of customer service! After doing research and finding out I had the proper equipment I was interested in purchasing the Nest system. Andy was great in all aspects of customer service. On time, personable and takes the time to help you understand your individual system. I would highly recommend Tom Fricker and appreciate the efficiency and effectiveness of Andy.

I lost heat Monday Jan 10th 2022. Andy came out to provide an estimate and mentioned the furnace had a reset button to restart the furnace. Andy asked if he could reset it to see if the furnace still worked. Andy reset the furnace and now the house has heat. The furnace still requires replacing because the heat exchanger has been compromised. But it is great having heat again! Thank you Andy!!

Great experience with Scott, Barbara, Sean, Jayden, and Tyler! Installation was organized, completed on time, without any mess. Highly recommend!
