Wayne went out of his way to do a temporary fix of our system to enable us to have heat during the extreme cold spell. The previous tech from a different company thought he had fixed it and when I reached out to convey that it had not actually been fixed less than five min. after the tech left, I was told there was nothing that could be done; a part had to be ordered. Well, Wayne proved him wrong the next morning and our heat was restored with a short-term fix. When Wayne returned a week later with Cheryl in tow to most likely install the now-acquired parts, they poked and prodded some more and found that ultimately, a loose wire was responsible. Their patience, curiosity, and honestly saved me from costly and unnecessary repairs. I am grateful for their skill and their honest approach to business.

I could not be happier with the level of service and professionalism this company has. Their service has been better than I could’ve expected. For the last three years I’ve had the same tech come out and do the annual tuneup. It’s nice to have the same person working on the heating system.
Today I noticed a small issue and within an hour to text Kim who was absolutely fantastic In-N-Out job well done.

Great experience with MacFarlane replacing an old gas boiler with a new high-efficiency furnace. The quote was very reasonable, everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable and professional. It took longer than expected to get the work scheduled but everything went great.

Had oil tanks filled and was told the two tanks were not balancing out and the connection to the tanks needed to be cleaned. Service tech came out that day and after servicing said there was now a leek. He suspected it was triggered by the tanks being filled?. He replaced the gasket that was leaking and said I was lucky that he had shows up or I would have had a basement of oil. A few hours later I notice I had no hot water or heat. Called service number and person answering the phone sounded tired and not in the mood to hear that I had no heat. She paged service tech and he quickly responded and walked me through turning the furnace back on that he had forgotten.

The customer service is beyond feckless! I called to try and get a quote for a new furnace and a new boiler and was told they don't set up appointments. I need a two hour window!No problem Gave the business to someone who wanted it and would makea proper appointment.
