The whistle on my oil tank was defective. Bill Stewart came out to fix the problem.He arrived on time,he was pleasant,he was very professional and fixed the problem quickly. I’m very happy with the job.

We were experiencing a range of complications with our oil burner and our hot water heater over a period of time, which required several sevice calls. Each time, Macfarlane energy was responsive and spent several hours servicing the issues. Our most recent visit required additional internal work with the the boiler. Brian Derosier was professional and patient with my questions and concerns. He took the time to explain the technology and the inner workings within the boiler and with the water heater. He was able to find where the disconnect was and fixed what was causing the issues with the boiler.
We are happy with the reolution and service Brian and Macfarlane Energy provided.

This morning I woke to a house with no heat or hot water. I called MacFarlane for help and within the hour Glen C. was at the house to fix the problem. He was also able to do my annual burner check up. Amazing!! Thank you MacFarlane and Glen👍👍

Trevor has done work on my house multiple times. Each time he was prompt, extremely professional, communicated everything perfectly to me. MacFarlane is lucky to have an employee like Trevor on staff.

I called MacFarlane Energy to get a quote to remove and replace my old oil tank. Their Comfort Advisor, Brian, promptly arrived at my home and gave me a very fair and detailed quote. I really appreciated Brian’s pleasant and positive attitude toward my stressful situation with a decrepit oil tank needing to be replaced in late January.
