Very professional; explained what he (Wayne) was doing to replace a leaking indirect hot water tank. Attentive to detail, all the new plumbing copper work looks high end. Left the worksite spotlessly clean. Very satisfied. Would highly recommend.

Great experience with installation of new heat pumps (one ductless and one ducted system). We first met Cam who provided our quote and he was great in answering our (many) follow up questions. Once the work was scheduled, Luis and his team did the installation in three days. There was a lot of work to do but they were efficient, friendly, and left us with a HUGE improvement on our house. I will be recommending to any of my friends who are thinking about moving to a heat pump. If I could give six stars I would.

This is the first time using MacFarlane Energy, great experience with David to fix air condition issue after hours. David was very professional, friendly, patient and straight communication for what’s need to be fixed. So happy for the work got done. I am so grateful for finding this great company. Will definitely continue using the company in the future and highly recommend to anyone!

My family and I have had South Shore Heating & Cooling for over 20 years. They are always polite, courteous and do excellent work. Nobody is a better tech in our opinion than Keith Riter. He is the best. Explains what he is going to do in simple layman terms and his work is impeccable. He is polite and dedicated to his trade. A true professional and an amazing representative of the company he works for!

I called McFarlane Energy to send a technician by to see why I had no hot water, the technician came out that day and fixed the issues and I was up and running again. I like that I have had the same person several different times and he communicates well so I understand what happened and what he did to fix it. I also like that they send you text updates on who's coming and their arrival time. Good company I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Bill Stewart came to service this morning (6/27/2023) our A/C systems that stopped working. He was very nice, very professional, and very clean. He did a great and got the system working in no time. It was a pleasure to have him servicing our system.

Bradley Silsbee came to my home the other day to skim my new oil burner that was installed in January 2023. Bradley was on time for the service call and explained the reason it had to be done and what he had to do it, very knowledgeable. Very happy with new burner that was installed by McFarland technicians and the service I received from Bradley Silsbee.

Cam assessed what was needed & work was done the following week! Mark gave full explanation then he & Ben went to work w/installation of the mini split. Service was excellent as they even removed a window box & did a thorough cleanup of both areas when finished! Mark took time to give great explanation of operation of remote! All done most professionally!
