I engaged MacFarlane for my Mitsubishi Hyper Heat Minisplit install and they were phenomenal start to finish. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with the Mass Save program, were the best quote I received from the 5 installers I engaged (and even pointed out how a few were trying to oversell me unnecessary added capacity and complexity). They were communicative on timeline as we battle supply chain delays and hammered out the install with great attention to detail as soon as the equipment came in. Would highly recommend MacFarlane for any HVAC service and particularly Mass Save minisplit install.

I am a new customer of MacFarlane Energy in Dedham, Mass, and I am very satisfied. Service today was for regular yearly maintenance on my gas furnace and tankless hot water heater. From my initial phone call to the day of my appointment, everything was very well done, and my service technician, Wayne, was very nice, pleasant, professional, and thorough. On the day of my appointment, I received a text message with the picture of my technician, which I think is a great feature to have when service calls are being done. I highly recommend MacFarlane Energy for your heating and cooling needs. Very nice company to do business with.
