Johnathan was excellent. He is very experienced and is very helpful in answering any questions I have. He leaves the work area clean when he finishes his job. We like him so much we request him every year for our regular maintenance checkups

First allow me to say MacFarlane Energy in conjunction with Baker Whitney has been wonderful. They are kind, helpful and understanding. Especially with how expensive everything is energy related. I woke this morning to puddle of water in our basement under the boiler. BWO sent Cheryl out for our annual service but to fix the boiler itself. The problem turned out to be a leak in the boiler. A quick phone call to a coworker with a supply request and bam! We were back up and running in no time.
