Brian Derosier came out today and replaced my tstat and check my heating system out. He was very knowledgeable in both areas and showed me how everything is supposed to work. He answered all of my questions and gave me some great advice. He did a great job and I was very happy with his work. Thank you for the great service.

Great service, on time and respectful. Trevor and Nick were great, explained issues carefully and thoroughly. Your answering service folks however, are a disaster. Rude and inefficient, they make MacFarlane look bad. Get another service!

Daniel M was courteous and professional. We were not as prepared as we probably should have been, and he was patient while we move some things out of the way so he could access the filters. He explained everything very clearly without talking down to me. He did not complain about wearing boot covers and I did not have to ask him to do so. He explained what the problems were, and spent a good amount of time trying to troubleshoot it. He also provided an estimate for the labor repairs, which I greatly appreciated.

My furnace stopped working and after me calling at 8am it was all fixed by 9:10am. Wayne - the specialist who has arrived - was very professional, knowledgeable and very polite. An outstanding service!
Update June 2023: I had a problem with a valve. Joe, the specialist if the firm, addressed it - and again, professionalism, politeness, and care about the customer.

Andrew is terrific. He appeared bright and early Monday morning, even though the Big Freeze had him running all weekend.He quickly realized that our issue was the thermostat and not our furnace and just as quickly replaced it with one from his truck. We are VERY glad we have our service with MacFarlane. Very quick and competent all around.
