We are very happy with Brian and everyone else at MacFarlane Energy. They always make sure you know how is coming to your home and they do a great job explaining their work.

David Clifford from MacFarlane Energy just performed the yearly tune up for our burner. I am very happy with his service. David is polite and had the job done professionally.

It was late at night when I realized I had no hot water so I left a message with the answering service and technician Cheryl was at my house by 8 am the following morning. She quickly diagnosed and corrected my issue and also clearly explained next steps if the same problem should reoccur. In other words, she pursued the simplest, lowest cost option first, which I appreciated. She was also really friendly and professional!

McFarlane promised us service in early afternoon and they came as promised.
Andrew was polite, responsive, and explained the issue in terms I could understand.

Following our initial, phone contact, Cam Lucci arrived at our home to provide an assessment for changes to our older central air system. He was very personable, information, helpful and knowledgable about the products. He was great.

Recently Matt Clifford did three annual tuneups on oil furnaces that I own. He showed up right in time and was courteous and professional the entire times. I have been a customer of MacFarlane Oil for more than 30 years and have always found this company reliable and a pleasure to deal with.

Technicians were polite, drop cloth on the rug and cleaned up nicely.
They removed the old water heater in a
very tight space. Installed the new Rudd 40 gallon water heater and showed me how to light the water heater and the shut off valve if required.
