Our technician, Coates, was highly professional in diagnosing and repairing our heat pump failure in the midst of a nasty weather spell. He's a good communicator who kept us apprised of his progress, and he worked quickly and safely. He was personable and informative and thoroughly double-checked the system before leaving. We highly recommend him and his company.

I want to thank Carl (731) of BB A/C/Heating service. He was ready to work, polite and got the job done. He wore a mask which I appreciated. BB has been great since we bought a new A/C/Heating system from them last year. Everything has gone to plan and thankful for their service. will continue to do business with them.

Inspections are always a breeze with B&B. Making the appointment over the phone is always easy and the service is always great. Josh and Lucas performed the latest inspection and provided excellent service. They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable, explaining what they checked and what needed to be replaced and why.

Please accept my compliments for your employee Dave. He was at our home twice in the past week. First to perform the spring inspection on our AC unit ( which was in good working order) and again to respond to an emergency call due to no air conditioning on the hottest day of the year. Both time Dave was punctual. He was courteous and professional. His high degree of technical knowledge was on display during his second visit. He was able to analyze and track down the problem of no air conditioning. What appeared to be a faulty thermostat (15 years old) was really a loose fuse. We were back up and running in less than a half hour. There was no charge for this visit due to the service contact we have had for many years. Because of the benefits of the contact, it has paid for itself many times over. Thank you Dave and thank you B & B.

Air conditioner labored all night so I called first thing in the morning as the temperature was forecast to be in the high 80s. Very qualified technician showed up after calling with an accurate arrival time and pinpointed the problem and likely slow leak cause with speedy low cost repairs. Technician Tyree was pleasant and efficient. The company provided a quick response to our furnace failure. Competitors couldn't provide service for up to two (freezing cold) days. B&B said they'd be right out. They had the part we needed (new circuit board--ouch). It would have been a long, cold weekend without them.

Josh and Michael came out today to service my AC. They provided excellent service. They explained/ provided my with so much information. Great job!
