Josh provided a swift and thorough analysis of our AC system, and pinpointed the issue that was causing our AC to blow hot air, instead of cold! On top of that, he performed a full system health check to make sure there weren't any other potential issues that could leave us sweating once those hot summer months roll in. Josh is very knowledgeable and made me aware of all the other services and maintenance packages that B&B offers. Overall, I had a great experience with B&B, and if Josh is their standard for quality of service, then I'll be calling them first the next time we have an issue.

Best experience with an air conditioning and heating service I've had. Had someone else look at it before calling B&B and they said the whole system would have to be changed and it would be about $10,000 after an inspection, which was only a visual inspection. Josh from B&B came out. Got here early was very thorough with his inspection. Really got into the system, detected the leak fixed it and explained everything he was doing. Showed me what needed to be fixed and why. Very friendly and professional service for a fraction of what I was quoted by another company. Josh and nick were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. explained the issues and all of our options very well and preformed the needed maintenance in a timely and very affordable manner. Nick H showed up to repair our AC that could not maintain temperature. He was able to find the leak immediately and was able to repair it same day. It was great to be able to have to issue resolved and get our house cooled down. He kept me informed the entire time he was working and with what needed to be done.
