B&B Air Conditioning & Heating Service

B&B is always more professional than you could hope for - they are timely, informative and thorough. The last time they came out was supposed to be for a routine maintenance call, but the heater had shut down the evening before - with a couple of other problems going on in the house, I was anxious about the heater. Carl Culp the technician who came to my home was reassuring as well as professional - he got the heater up and running in no time as well as perform the usual maintenance tasks. He calmly reassured me the heater was okay - he is a fine young man! Thank you!

Tonya was able to help with setting up a service appointment around my hectic schedule. She was cheerful and offered to put me on a list for cancellations. And Coates came and serviced my AC unit. It seemed like there might be a leak and he went through the system but found no leak just a top off of refrigerant to get the temps where they need to be for the summer season. Having a yearly service contract is great considering the age of my system! They've been able to keep it running which is much appreciated. Thanks guys!

Great, quick service. Our AC went out last night and we were MISERABLE. This morning I reached out after reading a few reviews and they did not disappoint. Got someone out here within a couple hours. Brad quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it. He was very friendly and I could tell he had great integrity and knowledge. Will be a repeat customer for sure!

Call B&B at 4:00 pm to get service. AC system went dead. They responded very fast and had Tyree drive 2 hours to get to my house.He analyze the problem and fixed a loose wire on a relay. Everything was up and running.

B&B serviced my A/C system for the upcoming summer season. Lucas who serviced my a/c system was very knowledgeable and professional. Since this is one of our rental properties we use the service maintenance agreement offered by B&B. I want to start using Lucas for other rental properties as well. The service maintenance agreement has been a great program for our rental properties since we can't always trust our tenants to take care of our heating and a/c systems. Great Job, A+
