B&B Air Conditioning & Heating Service

We've had a maintenance contract with B&B for about two decades. They've been professional and timely every time we need them.

This time I want to compliment B&B technician [Brad] and his apprentice [Nick]. Our heating and A/C was so old that B&B needed to special order the freon last summer to keep the A/C running for the whole season. We just contracted B&B to install a new furnace plus A/C. They were on time, courteous, and efficient, and they completed the entire job in two days but made sure we had heat overnight between. Brad explained how all the new system would be more energy efficient and guided me thru how to program the new thermostat to do so. Great job, B&B!

I own a home in Annapolis while living in New York...not an ideal situation for avoiding emergency repairs. I have maintained a service contract with B&B for the past 10 years and it has saved me over and over again. Arriving late in the evening or on a weekend to find no heat or ac they have been there to solve the problem. Efficient, competent service provided by polite and attentive service technicians. You can always count on a pleasant voice on the phone when you call in and billing issues are easily handled by Melissa in accounting. I am a fan and encourage everyone looking for heating, plumbing and ac service to call B&B.

Josh and Juan were the technicians that conducted the inspection of my HVAC system today. The service was excellent and affordable. I appreciated Josh's professional demeanor and communication skills. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Josh even volunteered to change the batteries in the thermostat. Great company with outstanding technicians. Thank you, Josh and Juan.

As always, B&B informed me prior to the tech's arrival, which was on-time. Paul did a thorough inspection including testing the drain-line cutoff and kept me informed each step of the way. Very professional.

B&B always provides courteous and expert technicians. They take care of the equipment and of the premises while they are here: protective footwear and general cleanliness of their work. We tried another company, recommended by our contractor, and returned to B&B immediately. Kendell was here today. He serviced both units for the coming cooling season. I had him blow out the condensate lines to avoid problems for the cooling season. It was done at a very reasonable cost. We highly recommend B&B!

These folks not only have your back but go above and beyond! Tanya in the office listens with real empathy and sends help promptly. I recently had the pleasure of working with Paul. This man stayed until he knew we were safe and everything was functioning well. I feel cared for with B&B and know that my home is working efficiently.

We have a service contract with B&B. Josh and Dakota were at my house this week.. Josh handles most of our service calls.. Josh and Dakota are professional, and gave us an accurate estimate of the cost. They make sure they clean up after themselves. They wear covers for their boots to keep my floors clean.. I wouldn't use any other company. Josh and Dakota could not have done a better job.. They are the best!
