B&B Air Conditioning & Heating Service

Josh and Dakota fixed my issue quickly (called at 6:20 am and they were here by 9). I especially appreciate that they explained everything that they were doing. They also worked around my dogs and clutter without complaints. I called them because they had all 5 star reviews and I can see why.

Dave and Randy came to our home this afternoon to repair a clogged line in our indoor a/c unit. They were both knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful to show us maintenance tips along with expected maintenance that should be expected in the coming months/years. B&B wasn't initially first on my list to call based on the lack of reviews, but we would gladly have them back out for future repairs.

Once upon a time B&B installed the unit in our new-to-us home and after another HVAC professional's no show and then weird HVAC owner-berating-onsite-employee experience I decided to go with those that installed the unit. So far so good. The unit is getting older and at this point maintenance is important to keep it lasting longer. They identified something worn and offered to replace it for a cost and did the work immediately; nothing to schedule for the future. We're in an annual service agreement and this was our second inspection by an HVAC professional (first by B&B) so ultimately time will tell if this company can manage quality but so far so good..

We inherited B&B for a service contract on our mini splits, hot water heater and furnace at our B&B in downtown Annapolis and we have been so happy with their service whether it is emergency or routine checks.... Every tech has been knowledgeable and informs us what is going on.

We also bought a new mini split and they were competitive on price and did an efficient job on the install.

I would recommend B&B to anyone needing HVAC service!!

We have been using B&B for our HVAV maintainence & service for many, many years. That in itself should say a lot about how well satisfied we are with them. They are prompt, reliable, thorough & accurate with their service.Their technicians are not only knowledegable, but are always friendly & courteous, ( especially Josh, who was here today.). Their uniforms are clean and well maintained, as are their vehicles. This tells me that the company and its employees take pride in themselves and the service they provide.
We will continue to use B&B for our HVAC needs as long as we live here.

Brad and Nick did a very impressive job remove our old heating system and installing a new heating and AC system.
Also like to commend Josh and Juan for the excellent job they did.

Tyree and Paul saved the day for me when faced with a somewhat unusual (?) and stressful situation - basically, they rescued my cat after he crawled into one of my floor vents! They will get all the praise in the world just for this.

They had come over twice, first to open up the system and locate my crazy furball and then to reconstruct the system once he had been lured out, and each time they were prompt and professional. And my cat is out safe and healthy. So grateful to have these guys help me through this crazy situation, and I will be a return customer if I have any HVAC issues in the future.

Arrived on time. Wore safety mask, and covered shoes. Provided answers to all my questions concerning the fireplace starter; changed the batteries and suggested a call back for service. Josh & Juan both were a help in understanding the type and service required for my gas fireplace.

B&B was wonderful !! We had an issue on Monday and they were able to see us that Wednesday. Tyree & Jaree were very professional and knowledgeable and fixed the problem on the spot. Highly recommend them !! Also the office staff were very kind as well !

My air cleaner unit needed to be serviced. Josh and Dakota were professional, polite, knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the condition of the unit and as well as the repairs needed. I will definitely use this company again. I hope Josh and Dakota are the technicians assigned.
