B&B Air Conditioning & Heating Service

First time dealing with HVAC company. This company is legit and honest! Paul is the man that helped me. Very knowledgeable about his job. Walked me through a quick diag over the phone. Very helpful guy, answered all my questions. I will be getting a contract with this company for sure!

Josh arrived and listened to the issue with my system. He then went straight to the system and figured out the problem. He was very courteous and explained what the issue was as he worked on repairing the problem. I had 3 other companies prior to B&B coming out and none resolved this issue.

our AC went out during 90+ degree heat wave. We called our current AC company, they did NOT have techs on call over the weekend. A neighbor suggested B&B. we had never used them, however they promptly returned our call & scheduled a Sunday repair. Josh showed up when promised, fixed our AC and we are very grateful. We even signed a Heat/AC Service Agreement as their responsiveness and service were great!. Thank you Josh.

Called B&B on Wed. afternoon and they were ready to come out that afternoon. But I scheduled the appt. for the next afternoon. So the appt. was for 1-5pm and they would call and let you know they would be there in 30 minutes. They called, I was able to make it home within 30 minutes. Josh, the service engr. greeted me and removed his shoes and went to the furnace to take a look. He asked questions and went thru a series of checks. Going thru the normal checks and later found the source of the oil smell. After that he called in to see if the unit had been registered. From there he informed me of the service contract and how service can be paid and what the costs would be. Very thorough and asked if I had any questions. I appreciate him explaining the details & what to expect once I decided on the motor and if the unit is still under warranty. Overall a pleasant experience, from calling B&B yesterday, the call today letting me know they were on the way, through completing the job. Thank you B&B and Josh! Tim S.

Today, Josh came to the house to do an annual AC tune-up and drain flush. He, like every other B&B representative that has come to our house, was completely professional and took care of business! I am so glad we went with B&B in 2018 when we replaced our AC system. Keep up the good work!

Brad & Jorge were incredibly helpful and professional when our furnace went out. They took the time to find the source of the issue, as well as to do preventative work so that a similar issue would not occur again. They were incredibly thorough and explained very clearly to us what the issue was. Thank you both so much! Highly recommend.

Josh the service tech is great. He has been my service tech for several years & he is excellent at his job. He is trustworthy & very knowledgeable. Will continue to use B&B Air/Heating for my HVAC needs!

I've used B&B for years. I even used them in my prior residence. Having the service contract with them is a tremendous relief. When the house's original H/AC system needed replacing, they were great.
I've dealt with a lot of their tech's, but to name just the most recent one - Josh - they have all been great.

Could not have been any more satisfying with Brad and John. Brad was so detailed with his work...very impessed and would remmend them to anyone.

The family was sitting down to dinner and the CO2 alarm went off. So we shut down the furnace, sat in our car, and called B&B. Mind you, we just received 9 inches of snow and the roads were treacherous as temps went below freezing at night. Tyree, the afterhours tech who wasn't supposed to be on call that night, arrived around 11pm. Diagnoses the problem (a clogged air intake), fixes the issue, and remains until the unit is working correctly and there are no further readings of CO2 in the house. Extremely courteous, professional, and diligent ensuring the issue was fixed and that we could get our heat back on safely! I recommend B&B and will use them from here on forward
