The work was top notch. Tyree, you can tell how detailed originated he is. He knows his skill set. Great person. Parents should be real proud of this young man. A problem arose and he did not stop until it was fixed. His helpers were on point as well. (Juan and Paul). All three were polite, responsive and cared about your home. I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services. I have had B&B for many years for maintenance on my old system as well. Always a good job. With there companies work my HVAC lasted for over 20 years without issue. If you do not have an agreement on your system get one today. They are truly a great company!!

B&B Air Conditioning and Heating Service provides quality service. I have a semi-annual maintenance service and repair/replacement plan and receive excellent service and a peace of mind. The technicians are reliable, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Its a great company with wonderful people. B&B is an excellent company and they make their customers a priority. My only regret is not finding this company sooner.

Josh, Jorge, and Juan came out and replaced our entire upstairs A/C unit that was in the attic and the exterior unit. They were all very professional, courteous, and very helpful every step of the way. It took them 2 days to get everything working and did an excellent job! We are so glad that we have a contract with B & B and saved ourselves almost $1000 on the new system. Thank you again! :)

We’ve been very happy B&B customers for more than a decade. B&B is always very responsive when we need them. Their service people are professional and very knowledgeable. They clearly explain what work needs to be done. We have been impressed over the years with their judgment about when repairs can be made and when something must be replaced. Their work is always excellent. When the problem is difficult to solve, they bring in managers and others until it is resolved. We have an annual maintenance agreement with them, so the change over our system for the coming season in spring and fall. We recommend them unreservedly.

Josh and Byron were punctual, professional, and extremely helpful. They walked me through what was going on with my system and why, what repair they needed to do, and had my AC up and running better in an hour. Extremely pleased with my experience.

Our heat stopped working around 10pm two days before thanksgiving in sub 30 temps. We gave B&B a call and they put us in contact with the person on call for that night. Jorge was at our home within the hour and was able to quickly diagnose the issue, but even better, he had the part that needed to be replaced. Our heat was back up and running that night! The company as a whole was polite and prompt to work with, even calling the next morning to confirm that it was fixed. We will definitely be using B&B in the future for HVAC needs!

HVAC forced air was running on auxiliary heat nonstop causing my heating bill thru the roof. Reached out to B&B. Great communication all the way thru the process. B&B techs Josh and George were very knowledgeable and gave great customer service. Located the problem - and had my unit up and running. B&B was highly recommended to me by coworkers in the summer of 2017. I contracted with B&B to replace my 30 year old HVAC system. At that time, air purifier systems on the market were very expensive and had a funny smell (to me) so an air purifier was put on hold. When B&B came out last week for my annual heating inspection, I asked about new air purifier options. B&B employees go through continuous education and training. Brad told me about a new residential system that B&B has been installing for about 2 years that uses carbon and uv light to purify the air and does not create/release ozone like older systems did. Perfect! B&B was able to install the unit the same day. I can already tell a huge difference. The air in my house smells clean and fresh. I am very happy with the new air purifier.

It is wonderful to work with a company where well educated, trained and professional employees are a priority. Brad, Juan and Jorge did a great job of educating me about new options and then installing the air purifier quickly and at a reasonable price. Brad and Nick were professional, knowledgeable experienced technicians who took care of a leaky pipe, inspected my furnace , answered all my questions and pointed out future cost saving measures. This is normal service with B & B and is why we’ve been very happy customers for over 8 years.
