Mike and Paul were very professional. I am very please with the spring HVAC maintenance. The AC unit was very dirty and they did a great job cleaning it.

I have used B&B for many years now. They initially got my business by being the only company that would come out and look at my A/C unit on a Sunday morning even though i didn't have a service contract at the time. They performed a quick, lost cost fix with the discussion that it would be a good patch but i would have to get a new unit eventually...which we did. This last visit, with Josh and Michael, was for a routine check & maintenance. They were, as always, professional and (something that is important to me) don't try to constantly upsell additional services...I would recommend these folks for HVAC maintenance, repairs, and new installs (we've used them for all three)

We have used this company a few times for issues over the years, and we return to them because they are reliable and do great work. On 8/10 Josh and Nick were our heroes of the day because they fixed our A/C after the house reached 94 degrees!! They were thorough and did a terrific job. Importantly, Josh clearly explained what he found, what needed to be fixed, and why, and he did so in a way that was easily understood by me, who does not have a grasp on this stuff. We have used B&B to maintain our HVAC equipment or decades. They have always been reliable. Brad, Paul and Nick just installed a new heat pump system for us. They were prompt, professional and were able to get the system installed in one long day instead of two. It was MUCH appreciated due to the fact that it was 90 degrees in the house and my 94 year old father is living there. We were very happy with the install.

I had my A/C unit, gas furnace and thermostat completely replaced. This was a major job, scheduled to take two days. Paul and Byron arrived first thing in the morning on both days. They were both extremely professional and polite. Paul explained the entire process to me and kept me updated on their progress along the way. Byron answered all of my questions and walked me through using the new thermostat. Once the installation was complete, Paul showed me everything that had been done and pointed out the differences between my old and new units. They both did a phenomenal job. I've been a B and B customer for many years and will continue to be for years to come because of high quality service provided by technicians like Paul and Byron!...

Josh and Don performed our Spring service last week and they did a great job. Techs like Josh and Don are the reason we have used B&B for so long. They got the work done quickly, cleaned up completely, diagnosed a few problems that were covered under the warranty and did not try to sell us anything we do not need. Their work adds up to trust. We also appreciate B&B’s investment in training. It pays dividends in competence and also shows in the loyalty the workmen have for B&B. Thank you!

Josh came out twice for my project, the first to clear my clogged condensation line that overflowed into my neighbors ceiling. He cleared and checked everything in my unit. After the ceiling was opened in my neighbors house I had Josh and Michael back to double check the pipes and install a fail safe system if the line clogs again. Josh was very informative and helpful. Really appreciated their work.
