Josh and Buron from B&B Air Conditioning & Heating Service Co. did a great job diagnosing and repairing my broken fan motor bracket. They also provided some tips on how to maintain my A/C system. I’d highly recommend this company and these technicians to perform any and all HVAC repairs!

Tyree came out because my heating system was red tagged by the the gas utility. We both could not smell gas but he checked everything including other gas appliances and other rooms in the house. He also waited to be sure. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Also, B & B's has excellent customer service. I will definitely work with this company again!!

Josh and Jorge arrived promptly within 24 hours of our service request. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They checked additional items to make sure the whole system was running well. They did an outstanding job of clean-up. We have used B&B many times in the past and will continue with them. Their service contract for two annual inspections adds great peace of mind, especially during extremely cold or hot spells. The longevity of this company also speaks well for them. We were extremely satisfied with their service.

Called B&B after my gas furnace started making a very loud squeal, then shut off and wouldn't restart. Their technician Josh was able to come out the next day; he promptly diagnosed the problem and fixed the furnace in a timely manner. With their top notch and professional work, I highly recommend B&B for reliable service.

We have a very old system that B&B continues to maintain; identifying challenging problems, finding parts and making sure our heat is restored quickly. I wanted to let everyone know that the company was very responsive to my call regarding my AC not working and they had Paul, the technician at my home within 3 hrs!! Paul was very professional, knowledgeable and shared his diagnostic efforts that not only found the problem, but he was able to fix it quickly!!
