We have used Clarksville Heating and Air twice for AC maintenance and they were fantastic both times - very professional, thorough, and upfront about costs and tradeoffs. We made the mistake of going with another (cheaper) HVAC repair company on another occasion and will not be doing that again. Darnelle was our technician this time around, and he was fantastic. He took the time to diagnose the full extent of the problem and to address all elements of the problem to ensure it didn't recur. He was also very intentional about COVID-19 safety procedures too, which was really appreciated (as we had another contractor in earlier in the day that we had to keep reminding to keep his mask on). Really couldn't give any contractors higher praise! Look no further.

Clarksville Heating & Air installed a new Carrier AC unit at my house today. From beginning to end I am impressed by this company . The home visit and on the spot quote was very good and Mike did an excellent job explaining the details of the proposed work. The technicians Ray and Samuel arrived on time and did an outstanding job installing the AC unit. They were very professional and worked hard the entire time they were here. My house was just as clean when they left as when they arrived. They covered our floors with tarps and paid attention to every detail. I couldn't be happier with Clarksville Heating & Air. I highly recommend this company.

He is extremely knowledgeable and was very patient in taking the time to explain the HVAC system and answer all of my questions. Darnelle did a thorough servicing of our HVAC. He was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. At the time of my service, Clarksville Heating and Air charged $99 for servicing of HVAC plus an additional $35/15 minutes of extra work (in my case cleaning of the furnace humidifier).

It was a pleasure doing business with your company. Your technicians, Ray and Samuel, did a great job! They were professional, knowledgeable, and kept me in the loop on the progress of the installation. They also made sure everything was clean and tidy before they left for the day.

11/19 & 11/21/19:
Another two thumbs up! Darnelle and Ray performed a Fall maintenance service on my heat pump system. They diagnosed a bad defrost board. Within two days Darnelle came back out and replaced the defrost board quickly and efficiently. Great service!👍🏼👍🏼

The entire team was amazing and their communication was great. This includes pictures of my techs & text updates of the tech’s arrival time. But, the best part of all of my service was Darnelle Kirby & Richmond Osei-Boakye!! Both were absolutely amazing!! They were timely, polite, professional, and made sure to keep masks and foot covers on at all times. I will never use another company besides Clarksville Heating & Air
