We had several issues with our furnace that required several trips to our house by Clarksville Heating and Air- every one of the technicians who came was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Ray and Richie were here most recently and did a fantastic job and explained things very clearly. I would definitely call them again.

My furnace was turning on and off and Clarksville Heating & Air came out to inspect my unit the same day I called. The technicians Marco and David were excellent. They explained everything and did an outstanding job fixing the furnace issue. I highly recommend this company and their technicians Marco and David for their great service. Also, recommend signing up for their service agreement as well!

They always keep you up to date when the technician is coming. Their office staff and technicians are friendly and professional.

This company is very professional and prompt. I made a call for an A/C related service in the morning and had a tech out to me the same day. Ashley was very pleasant and helpful over the phone with scheduling. The technician Marco was awesome. He quickly identified the problem and gave me an estimate for repair within minutes. Not only did he complete the job successfully on the same day, he was very thorough in answering all my additional questions about the system. I enjoyed the customer service so much that I purchased a service plan thru them to ensure the next time I have HVAC issues, they are the company who gains my business again!

I called them due to the HVAC system not starting. The technician, Reynaldo Mendoza, was excellent. Diagnosed the problem and went above and beyond. He was respectful, thoughtful, and got the job done although late in the evening with very professional demeanor. I am extremely pleased.

Clarksville Heating & Air were great. Competitive pricing, paid attention to the small details (upgrade exist water heater vent to current code, all joints taped, etc.). The team they sent, David, Rick, Marco and Joel were excellent. After they left the install the work area was immaculate. I highly recommend them.

Great experience with Clarksville Heating and Air. Our AC went out on one of the hottest summer days and we easily made an appointment to get someone out there. Darnelle was fantastic. He had a part replaced and the unit up and running in a short amount of time. He was also efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and very pleasant to talk to during the process!
