Super friendly and courteous, didn't mind that I took some pictures while they finished the install. Got the new ac system installed properly in just a few hours, definitely recommend them for future hvac work.

Quick response take’s his time to make sure the job gets done right. He fixed our 30 year old heat pump in the past. When My AC stopped working I panicked and remember I had Ivans number! He came out that same day! told us what needed to be done and got the job fixed asap! I am beyond happy with his service and will be using S&G only! Definitely will recommend to everyone! They are Excellent!!!

Ivan came out, in between the promised window time. Texted when he arrived. Did a thorough inspection, identified the problem, and then gave a highly recommended suggestion which I definitely went thru with. 5 star service! AC is back up and running efficiently. Secured two quotes but this company was more competitive. Owner was prompted with the inspection/estimate. Other company was scheduling two weeks out but SH Heating & Cooling installed within a couple days and worked around Covid related manufacturer backorder issues by explaining alternative options. Cleaned up the work space like he was never here. Highly recommend. Very professional and knowledgeable. We love our new unit.
