Darnelle Kirby the HVAC technician arrived on time. He was not only friendly and courteous but was very knowledgeable about my HVAC. He provided a very detailed status of my unit and offered professional advice to consider when the time comes to replace my 20 year old HVAC. I was very please with the service Darnelle provided and am glad he's assigned to my account.

I love Clarksville Heating and Air. Owner came to my property personally. The technicians have been great. Darnelle Kirby specifically has been such a great help and a wealth of knowledge. They are *insert chef's kiss* spectacular!

Darnelle and Ritchie from Clarksville Heating & Air came to our house to repair and perform maintenance on our heating units. They were super friendly and explained everything very clearly. We appreciated their professionalism.

We live in Perry Hall, so I wasn't sure if Clarksville HVAC would be willing to work on our heater issue. But, when I called Mike he was very responsive and willing. In fact, he sent the technicians within couple of hours. Darnelle and Sam did a great job! We even signed a service agreement :-)

Mr. Derrick Kirby was our technician today. He arrived during projected time, properly attired for Covid 19 and friendly which made us feel comfortable. He assessed the problem and repaired it. Based on this impression we decided to sign up for a service contract with Clarksville Heating and Air for our system. Great experience!

Darnelle is a great technician. He came on the early side of the time frame given us, recommended replacing a capacitor, which he did, and finished the furnace annual check up with no further problems noted. Polite and knowledgeable. We were glad to have him in our home.

Marco and Darnell have both been great to work with (Furnace work, heat pump, hot water heater, regular maintenance and repair issues). Both of them were prompt and communicated any issues well. Mike, the owner of the company, even helped out with the hot water heater which was very impressive.
The service agreement is not the cheapest but the benefits of prompt help if needed makes it worth it (if the price remains where it is) because I have been happy with the quality of work thus far.

I'm a new customer of Clarksville Heating & Air, and so far everything is great. Office staff very pleasant and helpful, and the technician (Darnell) was excellent as well. Good communication from both the home office and the techs. My problem and questions were handled quickly in one visit. 👍
