I had every intention of getting three quotes for my system replacement, but after talking to Mike, I didn’t feel that was necessary. My installation went perfectly. The technicians Ray, Marco and Samuel were awesome and did an amazing job. They were professional, friendly and highly knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!

Update: During the walk through for my new heating system, Ivan noticed an issue with my water heater. He provided what I know to be a very reasonable quote and arranged for it to be replaced promptly. Once again Ray and Marco did an exceptional job!

Ibrahim was an excellent technician. He was very knowledgeable and also very pleasant.

Our heating system failed just as the weather turned sharply colder. I called a few places, and Clarksville Heating & Air was immediately responsive - not just in returning my call, but in actually getting someone here to look at the system right away. It turned out that the motor/blower for our old system was not only dead, but would be expensive to replace and take a long time for parts replacement. So we decided to go with a whole new system that cost only about twice what the replacement part would have been (which was WAY too big and high-end for the size of our house). They returned 2 days later, installed our new system, and within hours we had heat again. Marco and Samuel did an excellent job, and Ivan is the best! We even got a discount on a condenser pump that was malfunctioning and was not even part of the system being replaced. I would highly recommend this company for their prompt efficient service and very reasonable prices. Five stars all the way!

Just had our annual Heating System Maintenance. DARNELLE KIRBY came by to do the job, and went above and beyond what was required/expected. He checked a bunch of other things I had questions about, did significant extra work, and even resolved a somewhat unrelated problem - at no cost! This is the type of service that is so rare these days. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Marco, our install tech, is awesome. Honesty, the whole process was easy and done quickly. We replaced 2 units and were kept informed of each step. They're responsive and took care of helping us with our rebate forms as well.
Glad I used them and the units I chose are excellent!

Great Company! When I called the customer service was excellent, she was friendly and able to schedule my appointment within the time I needed. I had Darnelle was my technician and he was fantastic! He listened to the problems I was experiencing and was able to quickly identify and fix the issue. He also explained what happened and why I was having issues with my system, definitely put me as ease. I am glad I have a place I can count on! Thank you!

I used google to find a company to service my heating & A/C unit. I made the appointment on-line, received an e-mail confirmation of the appointment. The day before the appointment I received a text & e-mail reminder. The day of the appointment I received a text with the technicians name and photo. I had the pleasure of meeting Darnelle & Richmond. Both technicians were personable, advised me of what would occur during the service. Asked clarifying questions before making any recommendations. After the service was complete, I received a verbal analysis of my unit and advised of a written assessment to come. I was asked if I had any questions or need to walk through anything. Payment was done electronically and I received my receipt and assessment via e-mail. The technicians provided their business cards and advised to call if I had any questions. This was an easy and painless process. I would recommend this team and company for their HVAC service and consistent communication.
