Ibrahim was fantastic and informative on the issue and fixing it. Very polite and didn’t make a mess.

I wanted to replace our gas-fired furnace and our air conditioner. Mike Rackers came to evaluate the job. He has tremendous knowledge of his products and explained exactly what they would do. I like the way he made options available without trying to up-sell. A few days later Marco and Samuel came to do the installation. They brought everything they needed. They kept the house clean. They made several small improvements to our system. They worked hard and were done in one day, as promised.The installation looks tidy and professional. I couldn't ask for a better job.

Edit: A year later and I'm still impressed. Darnelle Kirby came for a service check. He was on time, professional, and friendly. He gave a thorough report . He could have sold me a new humidifier filter, but he said the exiting filter was still fine. Nice job, Darnelle.

My heat stopped working in my 6 year old home so I called Beltway Heating and AC. They came out and within 30 minutes advised me that I needed a new heat exchanger in my furnace or a new furnace. They quoted me a price of $3,200.

This is when I called Clarksville Heating & Air to get a second opinion. HVAC Technician Marco Tendilla arrived at my home in a timely manner. He greeted me with a face mask on and disposable protective coverings over his shoes. Within 30 minutes he diagnosed my heating system and advised me that my 6 year old heat exchanger was safe and in perfect working order. He made minor adjustments to get the furnace running, gave my furnace a full tuneup and showed me the extensive checklist that he was working off of. Technician Tendilla was professional and very well versed in the field of HVAC. The total charge was $179.00. I saved over $3,000. by getting a second opinion and by choosing Clarksville Heating & Air. I am grateful that my technician was an honest person with integrity and therefore I highly recommend them to family and friends!

Clarksville Heating and Air did an amazing job with my new installation. Mike, the owner, addressed an issue that I had with another AC unit in my home which gave me confidence that they were the right company to do my new installation. He generated an estimate, worked with me to get financing, answered all of my questions, and was open and honest from start to finish. When the project started Samuel Ortiz, Darnelle Kirby, and Raymundo Tovar arrived on time and installed my unit successfully. The guys ran into an issue that they could not have anticipated. They were professional, quick, and competent. Thankfully, they were able to address the issue and I now I have air!! The entire team worked amazingly together. They are now my go to team for my AC problems. I highly recommend!!!!

**Just a quick update as of December 2019, I had Marco over last week to do the winter service. He was extremely thorough and also found a gas leak and fixed the same day. We are still very satisfied with the excellent service provided

Darnell and Samuel of Clarksville Heating & Air have been servicing my HVAC units for a few years now. They are very upfront and honest about the maintenance required for my older HVAC units. They fix what is needed and take a "wait and see" approach on other things that may not be absolutely needed at the time. It is a pleasure hiring a service company that can be trusted and the technicians seem to genuinely care about the air needs.

We had a new HVAC system installed by Clarksville Heating and Air back in March. I wanted to wait until both the heat and A/C operated before writing my review. It's been such a cool spring we haven't needed the A/C until this week. I can start by saying Mike had my business from the time he left my house the day we first met. His prices were competitive, so it was a no-brainer to me. He was very professional and provided a lot of insight into why his products and services were a cut above the rest. On the day of installation, Marco and Samuel arrived on time, respected my home by maintaining a clean workspace and worked continuously guaranteeing the job would get done in a timely fashion. Mike even stopped by to make sure everything was going well. They even came by a week later to make sure the system was working properly and make sure we understood how to use the new thermostat. The new system has heated my house perfectly for the past two months and we can finally confirm the A/C works great too. Thanks to everyone at Clarksville Heating and Air.

10/22/19 Been very happy with my new system. Working well. Had an issue with the heating cycle during the last cold spell. Thermostat was adjusted by Darnelle Kirby and works fine now. Darnelle spent time reviewing the thermostat options before he left. Well done Clarksville Heating and Air, LLC

After limping along for two seasons with an old and tired builder hvac unit I contacted Mike at Clarksville Heating and Air. He personally came out and provided a fair estimate. His guys, Ray and Sam showed up on time and took great care to protect my carpet and hardwood floors. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Marco came later that morning to assist the final steps. I am now cool and comfortable with the new unit from Carrier. I highly recommend Mike and his guys.

Ask for their technician, Marco Tendilla - he has been servicing our house for the past few years. He is clearly loves doing what he does and is very clear about what’s going on. I’ve had terrible experiences w other hvac companies. Don’t waste your time w other companies. Call Clarkesville.

We found them last summer during a string of hundred degree days. We had a five month old and the AC went out. They were the only company we were able to get out to repair it that night. They did a great job then and we knew we'd want to use them when we replaced the unit (it was about 30 years old). The replacement process felt extremely professional at every step. The initial estimate was presented to us with a number of different configurations and price points. We had the install done by Marco and Samuel who did a great job. Couldn't recommend this company enough.
