Update: Had an issue with my notorious upstairs system, AC this time. Rey M came out and was great. He checked over the system, showed me the blown capacitor, and found several other issues we can potentially work on to improve performance of the cooling like I asked. He also noted everything that was potentially not up to code and needed review, which was very helpful.

I had an upstairs furnace installed configured if it was in a upright position, and it was installed laying down! It didn't heat at all!
I called a local company with high ratings, and they put in the hours required to take it apart and get it working so my house is warm again.

New HVAC install. Marco came a tested/troubleshooted the old system before the new install and walked me through and showed me the relays/fuses were burned out compressor was locked up explaining everything that needed to be done. Decision was made to replace system. Darnelle and Marco arrived on time with non-stop professional service! Compressor blew up and they came in and replaced the obsolete system in 1 day as said. New Air handler ducting and Hvac unit. Great work and service.
System is much more efficient. The old Trane system blew cold air in winters. The new system is like having oil heat. Thank you! .

Clarksville Heating & Air pre/post services are "EXCEPTIONAL!" The front office/technicians are the most professional and courteous people I met and spoke with. Best of all, their pricing for the install and services were better than most in the DMV. Additionally, I can't say enough about their post service which is top notch.....thank you, Reynaldo!

Our 19 year old furnace had to be replaced and with the A/C having the old refrigerant (which will soon not be manufactured) it made sense to replaced both. What impressed me about Mike and his company was the high quality of the work. I met with Mike over the summer while evaluating separate concerns with our heat pump. Mike’s recommendations saved us from doing unnecessary work and saved us money. When the furnace had to be replaced we immediately asked Mike for an estimate. I can say without reservation that the work this company does is superb. They clearly have pride in what they do.
