Mr Ibrahim was pleasant and helpful regarding the furnace/AC check up through the service agreement. He noted that our unit did not have a surge protector. He asked if I’d been asked about it previously. (No, had not.) We’ve had power outages due to weather, freak occurrences (plane in the high voltage tower in Montgomery County!) and such. - He installed it, explained and showed its feature. Very pleased with his professionalism. Thanks Mr. Ibrahim!

Clarksville Heating and Air are the only people I turn to now for any of my HVAC needs. They have been phenomenal to work with over the years. Most recently I had to replace my inside unit, and the president of the company came to do the site visit and discuss options with me. And this past weekend I had an issue with my outdoor heat pump, and I was able to call Monday morning and get same day service. Ibrahim and Jamie were my two techs, and they were amazing. Very polite, friendly, and talked me through everything they found and what they recommended for action. I felt very comfortable at every step of the way, and never felt pressure to make a particular decision. I cannot recommend this company enough, and I would highly encourage you to use them for any HVAC needs you have.

Our system died after 27 years. I asked Clarksville Heating & Air for a quote. We opted for the top of the line. A crew of three came and immediately began the installation. They worked from about 8:45 to about 6:45 with a very very short lunch break at 2:30. They explained everything to me clearly, their work was very professional. They took pride in their work: Clean, neat, efficient. I recommend the team and the company highly.

I’m very satisfied with the service I received from Grant and Reynaldo. They were professional and very clean and were able to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly and accurately.

Discussed the rerepairs before preforming ,made sure I understood what they think the problem could be and how long it should take. All work done in a professional and respectful manner.

Clarksville Heating and Air are phenomenal! I recently had my HVAC replaced. I met with several companies and received estimates. From the moment I telephoned Clarksville Heating and Air, the experience was high above all of the other companies. Every employee was courteous and professional. Mike patiently and professionally explained everything about the systems offered; he left no detail out. He was honest. He and his entire team were Extremely knowledgeable.This was during COVID and they practiced all safety protocols. Other companies certainly did not exhibit the level of professionalism, nor integrity as Clarksville. Clarksville set the bar high. This was reflected with every employee I interacted with, including Rick, Ray, David and Rich. And my system… it is incredible! I am very pleased with my system and even happier with my reduced electric bills!! The past winter was extremely comfortable in my home!! And with the warmer temperatures we had for spring… I am staying quite cool!! They delivered great quality work; and always left the entire area clean. Their work areas, as well as their shoes were always properly covered. I recommended them to a friend; they had a system installed as well. She mentioned to me.. Mike was so completely honest with his presentation and suggestions. I am truly more than satisfied with the caliber of professionalism I received from entire staff at Clarksville Heating and Air and I will ALWAYS use them and recommend them. They are the absolute BEST!

Thanks to your staff, especially Heather in parts, for getting our air conditioning back up and running last week. We had a furnace fan motor failure right before the July 4th weekend and Heather really went over and above to make sure she could find the part and get it ordered in time so it would arrive and get installed on Tuesday after the holiday weekend. We had company from out of town coming to stay with us starting on Tuesday and we were worried we weren't going to have air conditioning. Heather was a tremendous help to us and kept us well informed every step of the way. Kudos to Ibrahim and Richie who did the installation.

Recently finished my basement and had to find an HVAC contractor to compete duct work in the basement. Ran across two other companies that failed me. It was not until I found Clarksville H&A that they saved the day!

It started with Mike who arrived on time and quoted me the job and assured me they can get the job done and timely. Shortly after when they came out to perform the job they were on time and respectful of my family and property. Ricky, Raymundo, Joel, and Richmond were exceptional.

They were fast and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The end result was professional and aesthetically pleasing very well done job I was impressed and satisfied.

The office staff in Bryant and Nancy and others were excellent as well. They were a pleasure to work with and very responsive. From day one every job appointment scheduled came with an emails when the job was put on calendar, a reminder when it was coming, and the day off and via text message as well. In addition when you call you get a person on the line to help and they answer quickly! Every employee of the company is excellent you can tell they have a great company culture and share the same goal. That is servicing the customer and keeping them happy, safe and comfortable in their homes.

Lastly I signed up for their maintenance plan because of their stellar service and they have not stopped to impress. Marco came out today to service my furnace and went above and beyond in making sure the job was done the right way and providing me lots of tips to keep the system running its best.
