I wanted to thank Contemporary Air for coming to my rescue this morning. Forcasted temperature today is 98. AC went out last night. I called an left a message and got a call back first thing this morning. Rick was at my house within an hour. Very professional and friendly. Fixed my AC in under an hour. Very affordable. I will definitely be using Contemporary Air for any future hvac work and will highly recommend to everyone. Thanks again for the great service!

Our heat turned off on a Tuesday night around 9pm. Contemporary Air was at our door the NEXT morning, less than 12 hours later. They were professional, efficient, and explained the issue to me clearly. It was actually an electrical problem - but instead of telling me call an electrician, they took the time to determine which circuit had shorted, disconnect it, and proceeded to test all the plugs in our home so that I would not go without any of them not functioning. I was so impressed with their customer service. Would HIGHLY recommend and will be using them for all HVAC needs in the future.

We first called them when the AC unit in our house began leaking through the walls(bad pump), they even pushed forward our appointment since it was so hot and we had no working air. Since then they've come out for maintenance work and most recently replaced our entire unit.

Each time they've come out they've been extremely knowledgable and up front about labor/costs. They handled replacing our unit all within a day, and even assisted with our rebate from the city.

I've been extremely satisfied with the work they've done and highly recommend them to anyone looking for service.

From start to finish Rick and Michelle from CAS did an outstanding job. They made sure I was well educated on all my options and helped me choose the best unit for my needs. They know what they are doing and take pride in their work. When they were finished I was left with a clean house free of construction debris and an amazing HVAC system. I would definitely recommend them!

Rick, the owner, was friendly and helpful. He was honest and fixed our AC unit quickly! We will definitely use his services, when needed, in the future.

We used them again. Same wonderful service. They replaced our upstairs system. It has been running well since the install. The only downside is we won't have to call them again!

Stop looking! You've found your Baltimore-area HVAC company! By far the best home service company we've ever had take care of something in our home. I wish they did more than HVAC! Every person we've interacted with at Contemporary Air Systems has been responsive, honest, reliable and customer-oriented. They've been maintaining and repairing our home's two crummy (installed by previous owners) HVAC units for four years now, including next-day attention to "help! the house is way too hot!" mid-July AC breakdowns two summers in a row (two different problems, each efficiently managed by Rick & his team). Thank you for all you do!

Had outside AC unit and Inside A coil replaced by Contemporary Air. My old unit broke during extended heat wave. From time of initial estimate and installing new equipment, only 6 days passed. Exceptionally fast! I was extremely pleased. Rick and his wife Michele(the owners) are curteous, polite, and extemely knowledgeable about the business. When I had questions I would call or text and they were answered immediately. This impressed me. The equipment they installed is top notch. Unit is quiet. Their installers/employees are top notch too. Aaron and Justin are just as curteous and polite, and they obviously know their profession. Installation was fast, efficient and clean. They left no mess. Again, I was impressed. Rick came by, when installation was almost complete, and double checked everything, and answered my questions. This reassured me even further. The company has professional trucks too. I called Michele several times the first few days, before making my decision. She answered all my questions. She obviously knows the profession as well. Rick installed my furnace over 20 years ago, and everything I’ve just said applies to that job too. Rick and Michele make me feel comfortable and put me at ease. I cannot say enough about this company. Just call them for your AC/ heating needs and you will understand.

I called in because the AC didn't want to turn on. Michelle and Rick were awesome! Michelle was very pleasant and helpful with scheduling. Rick showed up on time and fixed the unit without trying to "up-sell" us. Very knowledgeable, reliable and professional service. I would recommend them and will do business with them in future.

Very knowledgeable, provided lots of good information for selecting a replacement heat pump. Great communication, always on time. Installation was very nice, neat and tidy. Did everything properly, did not cut any corners!

Service on my AC unit was provided quickly and professionally. The service person was informative, but not pushy and allowed me time to consider my options.
