Most excellent! Professional quality work on a very difficult job at my house. An old 1974 furnace had to come out and a beautiful new system went in in one day! The owners are fantastic, extremely responsive and friendly. They did my sons furnace too. Perfect company I can say enough good about them. 100%

I had a wonderful experience with Contemporary Air Systems! Michelle and Rick contacted me very quickly after I inquired about their services and they came out at a time that works with my schedule. Rick provided the estimate on-site and it was very reasonable. After agreeing to the work, within a couple weeks, Rick installed a brand new air handler and heat pump within one day.

Once Rick arrived, he made sure to keep the work area covered up. His work is careful and efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with this type of work. I asked many questions about continued care of the air handler, air conditioning care, and air filters. Rick gave several recommendations and suggestions to extend the life of my unit.

Michelle sent the registration the same day, which I completed that same day!

Contemporary Air Services was amazing! I had to have my whole system replaced. They were very professional, friendly and great with my friend's dogs who were staying at my house. They worked until the job was complete and Rick came in to check that everything was good to go before and after the job was complete. They also registered my system for the warranty without me having to do a thing! Highly recommend!

Our HVAC unit has not kept our house as warm as expected for a little while, even though it was running all the time.

On a Saturday morning, I called Contemporary Air Systems and explained what was going on. They had someone out first thing Monday morning and ran a diagnostic on my system to find out that it was entirely out of refrigerant and probably had been for a while; also that my system had parts that were almost 20 years old.

By lunchtime Monday, the owner was at my house to give me a complete workup estimate; he was very patient, personable, and knowledgeable. Answering all of our inexperienced questions and helping us understand the situation and how to solve it.

We gave the green light Monday afternoon, and the owner is back out to replace our system and some custom ductwork first thing Wednesday morning. The system was installed, and the temperature was at its desired level before my wife came home from work on Wednesday.

In short, Contemporary Air Systems was fast, kind, and knowledgeable. A very smooth experience that has directly impacted the comfort of my family when we are at home.

From the first time I called Contemporary Air until the final install was complete the service was outstanding. Michelle handled all the scheduling and was even able to move our appointment once our current HVAC system started really acting up. I was happy about that!
Rick and his crew showed up on time and were very professional and helpful in explaining the system they would be installing (Bryant 3 ton heat pump system). My husband and I were both surprised that it only took one day to complete. The job is very neat and tidy and by that I mean all wires are taped and not hanging, PVC pipe is secure and not flapping around, all debris was cleaned up.
We are very happy with the installation, price, product and customer service. My husband and I both would highly recommend Contemporary Air!!!

Our air conditioning system was installed 2 or 3 years ago and I have never written a review before for anything but this company is an exception. They were reasonable, professional, honest with their answers, spotless with their work, Michelle was so pleasant and helpful with the warranty and billing and I could go on and on but you get the picture. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Contemporary Air Systems. The technician worked around my busy schedule. Very knowledgeable, reasonable and had good financing options. I was sent data sheets on the equipment that was going to be installed well in advance. They handled all the paperwork including the documentation needed for my energy efficiency rebate. Rick went above and beyond and fixed some items he did not like on the existing duct work and condensation line, which really gave it a clean looking installation. Michelle kept in constant contact with me during the entire process. I feel like they treated me like family and I would highly recommend them. A+++++ Service.

Contemporary Air Systems has been great since I called nervous about a noise my old unit was making. Rick came out to check and upon discussion, we decided to start moving toward a new system. He & Michelle made the process easy. He worked with my schedule, which is difficult at best, and she worked almost exclusively through email, because it's easier for me. The actual installation was quick & didn't really disrupt the household. Both technicians were awesome, and Rick came to double check everything just in case. The new units have both been tested in this crazy MD weather and they work equally well. I'm excited to see how they impact our power use. I'm very happy with CAS and the treatment from their staff. I'd recommend them to everyone who needs the services they can provide.

The lovely folks at Contemporary Air Systems went out of their way in the customer service department. Michelle was extremely helpful, patient, and informative. Rick is an absolute star! Seriously, I don't think there is anyone nicer than Rick. He's knowledgeable and highly experienced. The two gentlemen that installed our unit were polite, friendly, and tidy. I couldn't be more happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I highly recommend Contemporary Air to anyone looking to replace their a/c and or heating. I just got my heating and a/c replaced by them and it couldn’t have gone any better. They provided great customer service, were extremely efficient, and the best price.
