Was able to get same-day service when our furnace went out during the winter. They were nice enough to work around my schedule since I had a doctor's appointment. Arrived right on time, were polite and happy to explain things as they went along. Fixed the furnace within 30 minutes and I was very happy. Reasonable fee for excellent service, in my opinion. I will call them again, and would recommend to my friends.

Contemporary air systems replaced my 49 year-old heating and air conditioning system. The work was efficient Timely and very very satisfying. Their technicians are courteous and very considerate of your home. The only complaint I had was Ithe replacement was unreadable for me. The installation was on Friday and a replacement thermostat was delivered promptly on Monday morning. I am thoroughly happy with every aspect of their work and highly recommend them.

I rarely write reviews but the service I received today was excellent. The contractor came to home the same day I called to make an appointment. He was polite and worked quickly to fix both my AC units all while explaining and showing me what the issues were. The price was very reasonable and affordable. Finally a business I can trust. I will always support this business.

I will begin this post by noting that I did not purchase a system from Contemporary Air only because they did not sell the make and model I ultimately wanted. I dont submit many reviews but I felt it was necessary to credit Michelle and Rick on their honesty when helping me narrow my choices. They made it crystal clear that the expensive systems other dealers were pushing were unnecessary and I should keep it simple. When you are in the market for HVAC services, I would certainly reach out to the professionals at Contemporary Air Systems.

They installed a unit very quickly and at a reasonable cost, and were very professional every step of the way. Rick's knowledge of the business is unmatched - he's really a treasure trove of information about HVAC. I called after hours, and Michelle returned my call within minutes. To try to save me money, she walked me through some steps to try troubleshoot fixing my heater. When I was not able to successfully fix the heater, we made an appointment for the next business day. They showed up on time – were very friendly, professional, honest, and reasonably priced. I will definitely use their services again, and highly recommend them to everyone.

I have hired on services from Contemporary Air Systems a number of times over the past decade and I can confidently say you won't find better heating and air service in the Baltimore area. Rick is fully-credentialed and as knowledgeable as they come. He will not only diagnose your issues but also discuss all the available options for solving them.

Recently I needed a full replacement of my a/c compressor on the roof of my row house and I knew the installation would be complicated. Contemporary Air inspected the damage, proposed a solution, helped me through insurance claims process, scheduled a date for installation, and smoothly installed the system by lunchtime on the scheduled date. I could not have asked for a better experience.
