If you want a wonderful experience with a top notch system, and outstanding customer care, Contemporary Air Systems is the company to go with! In August I had a Bryant 16 Seer air conditioner and gas furnace installed. I waited to post until we could cycle through both cooling and heating and now, 3 months later I can assure you that everything works beautifully. The care and detail provided by the office employee, Michelle was above and beyond good customer service. I researched this company, along with 3 others to compare prices and reviews. The BBB rating of A+, many outstanding reviews and not a single complaint tipped me over to Contemporary rather than using another top rated company-but that other company had 20 complaints and 7 negative reviews and the sales person I dealt with did not answer my questions to my satisfaction the way that Contemporary addressed every single detail! When you come down to comparing apples to apples-the way many systems are the same, the OTHER factor to examine is the customer care detail and Contemporary Systems gets my highest rating!

After three hot summers of putting off getting my central air fixed for fear of being taken advantage of, I did some Googling and found Contemporary Air. Michelle returned my calls within minutes every time, Rick was honest and extremely professional. Rick showed me my leaking evaporator coil which was missed by two other professionals during his initial inspection. I had my outdated outdoor unit and leaky evaporator coil replaced at a price well under what I was expecting. I only called after reading the reviews and I will say, the reviews are spot on. I would definitlely recommend this company to friends in the area.

This is a second time I have used Contemporary Air. Both times it was quick and easy to make an appointment with very friendly service. The first time I had to have my entire HVAC unit replaced, including the outside unit on a 4 story building which required renting a crane. They clearly explained all my options and gave me time to decide. I much prefer working with a small family oriented business

I recently had my AC repaired by Contemporary Air Systems. The guys couldn't have been nicer to me and my pups!! They were also knowledgeable, efficient and quick. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Michelle was also very helpful and nice getting the appointment scheduled and then rescheduled. Thank you all!!

Five Stars is not enough to rate the "Awesome" Job Contemporary Air System Co. has done. Rick and everyone at Contemporary were fantastic. I would refer anyone I know to them. They were incredibly responsive and the prices were fair. Best experience I've had bar-none

We called on a Wednesday afternoon when it got really hot and the owner was at our house by 7:45 am Thursday morning (they were completely booked up but the receptionist told us she would have someone come out if there were any cancellations). He had our system repaired and working within 15 minutes. It was thankfully an easy fix, but he explained exactly what was needed and what he did, was prompt and courteous, and the price was very reasonable. We will be calling Contemporary Air Systems for all our future A/C needs.

Recently had a new furnace installed by Contemporary Air Systems. They arrived on time. very professional. installed the furnace without any issues. Very considerate of surrounding spaces. Clean up after themselves. Very satisfied with the professionalism and consideration of our space with the clean up. Would definitely hire again and definitely recommend them to one and all.

Excellent and friendly service. They responded quickly and fixed a condensate leak within 15 minutes upon arrival. I can fix most problems with home appliances but this quick fix required tools that I did not readily have. Cost was reasonable and they did not try to up sell. I would recommend Contemporary for all HVAC home needs.

I've worked with Rick and Michelle for several years now and they never fail to impress. Professional, prompt, and fair, they are everything you'd want in a contractor. They are also very good at answering their phones and letting you know when they will be out of town. Communication is a huge priority for me and they do an excellent job at staying in touch. What a great Team!

It was time for a new heat pump and so I obtained estimates from 4 local A/C companies. Rick, the owner at Contemporary Air Systems impressed me the most. His prices were slightly less than two of the other companies, but it was his knowledgeable and honest assessment of what was needed without wasting time that impressed me the most. He told me he could get the job done in one day and he did just that and on the date promised. (Most others wanted two days for the install). The system works great and I am a very satisfied customer. I will also add that my last two bills (July/Aug '12) honestly were ~50% of what they were last summer! Had I known how much I would be saving, I'd have done it sooner!

At the end of the day, what you want is to hire a person who is trying to build a business and who puts their name and reputation on the line with every call. Some larger companies use sales rep types to "sell you" but then send some mediocre mechanic employee who has little stake in performing a competent job to actually do the install. Rick "gets it" he provides great service personally, and because he knows the unit was installed properly, he is willing to provide a two year warranty- something other companies tend not to offer. I will definitely be using him in the future, he has earned my business!

For the record, this should be considered an unbiased assessment, as I had no former knowledge of, or dealings with Rick or Contemporary Air Systems prior to this install, and I received no discount, compensation or other inducement to provide this rating other than that I am quite happy with the service I received from them. I guess I also like to see that business goes to those who deserve it and not to the those who scam their customers, apparently a problem in this industry.
