After the initial repair did not last, they made getting my system replaced a priority. Rick had no sales pitch, with his knowledge he sold me exactly what I was looking for. On the day of installation Rick and his helper was 100% professional and completed the job that day. We can't say enough good things about this company. Michelle and Rick are absolutely amazing. They are truly goodhearted people who totally went of their way to make sure my mom, who has respiratory issues, did not go without air conditioning in the heat of the summer. My furnace was over 45 years old and working, but I felt it was time to get a new furnace. I contacted numerous contractors (8), and was surprised how few contacted me in response. Contemporary Air Systems contacted me within 2 hours of my e-mail and arranged for someone to come the same day to give an estimate, which was a good price compared to any research which I had done. At that point, I gave the okay to do the job. I couldn't be happier with the results. Everyone was professional and friendly, the installation was timely and expertly done. Contemporary Air Systems did an excellent job on installing our new Bryant HVAC System! I had several estimates from other Companies but kept going back to Contemporary Air. Rick and Michelle ( the owners) were so easy to work with ; they complement each other ( Michelle is on top of all the paper work, the BG&E rebate and the registration) , Finances etc. and Rick knows exactly how to get the job done the correct way without missing any small detail.Their installers Aaron and Justin were polite and perfectionist ! The number #1 reason we picked Contemporary Air is we felt we could trust them completely and they did not disappoint!

After looking around for a local company to replace our air conditioner, I happened to find this company on the internet. They had excellent reviews, so I called and they gave me an estimate for a new air conditioning system and furnace. We just had it installed by Rick and Aaron last week and I am very pleased with their work. Also, Michelle, who does the office work, is pleasant and efficient. In fact, they were all pleasant and efficient and great to work with. You can't go wrong with this company. Thanks to you all!
