I highly recommend Contemporary Air Systems. After dealing with the "other guys" a friend recommended Rick to me last summer to help deal with my very aged AC and furnace issues. He and his wife Michelle were always available to answer my calls and questions regarding my options for repair, purchase of a new unit, and my payment options. From the quick same day service for repair, to the expedited scheduling for the replacement, to the expert installation everything went smoothly and efficiently. They were courteous of my home and took care to keep everything protected while they worked and cleaned up afterwards. Michelle checked in on my frequently throughout the whole process. I am an informed and detail oriented consumer. I had no less than 4 HVAC companies come out to bid my job. My requirements were to replace 3 attic units, 3 condensers and all the ductwork. Rick from Contemporary Air Systems provided a fair comprehensive estimate. His knowledge and experience in the field, along with his professionalism and personality won me over. The installation was done in a timely manner, communication was superb, the installation was excellent. I was also impressed with Rick's choice of equipment manufacturer. Contemporary Air Systems did a tremendous job installing my new HVAC system. The owner Rick was extremely knowledgeable from his extensive years of experience in the industry and is honest, unlike many other contractors out there just trying to make a quick buck. Since he is present on every job, you know you are getting top notch quality service. Michelle the office manager was very responsive in scheduling appointments and following up. She also took care of identifying all of rebates I was able to qualify for and took care of all of the associated paperwork submittals. I would highly recommend Contemporary Air Systems to anyone I know.

Very professional and did a great job. My dad lives in a condo that was built in 1990 and still had the original HVAC system. The system started leaking and had been having problems so we contacted Contemporary Air to get an estimate on replacing. They were responsive and their price was reasonable. The system has been running for several months and hasn't skipped a beat. The folks at Contemporary Air knew exactly what they were dealing with (they had done work in these condos before) and did the job professionally. Highly recommend.

We recently had a new heat pump installed to replace the unit in our attic. Not an easy job! We called on a Monday and by the following Tuesday the job was complete. Rick and Justin were very friendly and professional throughout the process. They discussed our options without any pressure, so we could make an informed decision. I will definitely call them again. Rick was knowledgeable and efficiently identified the problem with our AC unit. He explained the problem in a way that we could understanding and fixed it in a timely manner without rushing. He also charged a reasonable price that beat his competitors. After the service the top floor of our house was comfortable for the first time in years! We were very pleased and plan to call Contemporary Air Systems, Inc the next time we have an HVAC need!

Contemporary Air Systems, Inc. replaced our old heat pump with a new one from Bryant. From the initial contact with Michelle and Rick to the completion of the process we received excellent customer service. Everyone involved was professional and courteous as they removed the old unit and installed the new, always willing to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who appreciates prompt service and quality product.

Completed replacement of both upper and lower HVAC systems. Rick had to clean up and rebuild prior poor installation from 12 plus years ago. Both units function perfectly now and it was completed while my wife and I were home working. We also have two Great Danes so that's not an easy task. I would highly recommend CAS as they will tell you what is needed and charge a fair price for a top notch work. Very happy with our HVAC system now and I wish we had done it years ago, but Rick was able to keep them going till we could afford to replace.

It has been great working with Contemporary Air, they are great at notifying me when it's time for an A/C or Heat checkup. With their reminders, it's not something I have to remember the start of the summer or winter season. Justin has been looking at my house units for about 2 years now, he's been very courteous, knowledgeable and on time. Highly recommend! You can't go wrong!
