We are very happy and impressed with the Moon Air conditioning service company. They have installed and maintained our system for many years.
Just recently we had to call them to check our coil and freon level. They were very quick to respond and send the technician right away. Gerald inspected the system and found it to be in proper working condition. He came on time and was very professional and took enough time to explain and answer all our questions. We strongly recommend this company

Both of my HVAC systems were 15 yo Trane systems and due to leaking coil, corroded A coil and degraded burner parts had to be replaced. Researched local contractors and from my research Moon Air had many great reviews. Gave Moon a call, project manager came up, sized up the units and provided quote. I consulted with a friend of mine who’s an experienced HVAC technician that has installed many of the same size systems and felt the quote was reasonable. Date was set for installation. Two day job. Day 1 down stairs unit easy install. Inside unit, nice install, outside unit was less than perfect. Day 2 attic install. Unit difficult to get to, outside unit required hide a duct up to 2nd floor. Technician were under a time crunch as they had outside commitments after work. Not the attention to detail as day 1. Both attic and outside unit work was satisfactory. The attic heater was not replaced just needed servicing so made appointment for that and at the same time I pointed out areas that needed attention to Clay (great guy/ tech) and they were taken care of. It’s been approx. 2 months and needed service as a condensate line came lose and water was draining into pan. Called Moon and a technician came right out. Overall I have had a good experience with Moon and would recommend them to others.

Very professional individuals who worked hard all day long to install our 3 new mini splits. They kept me informed, cleaned up after the job, and explained how to use the new equipment. Very impressive.

AWESOME ... a Top Notch Company with Top Notch Employees... from the estimate to the finished installation. I am extremely impressed and pleased with every aspect of the job did. Mike and Justin did an excellent job and were respectful of my home and property. When they were done they explained everything to me of what they did and gave me a tour of my whole system . They went above and beyond my expectations from drop clothes to shoe booties you could not even tell that I had workers in my house all day doing a replacement of my heat and a/c . Thank you guy's you were great , and thank you Moon Air for having such respectful, nice and competent employees. I could not have asked for a better experience . I would highly recommend, thank you again . P.S. sales representative Steve was great also .

We are so thankful for the responsiveness in these circumstances. Clay was very professional and efficient. His knowledge helped us get another appointment same day for an estimate to update our heating and cooling system. We will not be using any other company going forward. The value is top notch for the quality provided. It exceeds expectations compared to the “big companies” Thank you so much!!!!

Our technician was on-time to the appointment, friendly, and thorough with the service provided. When finished, he gave a summary of what was done and advised of anything I should keep an eye on.
