Moon air was able to get someone out to my house a day earlier than expected for my yearly furnace cleaning and maintenance. Koz was very thorough and made sure I was able to see first hand every area of concern he had. Unfortunately, my system had some major failures and needed to be shut down, but Koz explained everything in a way that made sense and offered several options for what needed to be done next. He even made sure I would be able to be provided with space heaters before he left.

Greg and the guy he came with were nice, professional, and gave me confidence that they knew what they were talking about.

The 2 gentleman was friendly polite and efficient getting the job done. They explained how the system work. Over all I'm satisfied

As always, the Moon tech that came out to do the routine service on my HVAC system was polite, courteous, friendly, and informative.

On Sunday evening I awoke to my furnace cycling every 10-15 seconds. I turned off my furnace and reached out to Moon Air. The problem was fixed by Tuesday morning. The unit was under warranty so there was no out of pocket expense to me. I still would have liked an invoice stating what the problem what work was performed.

We are new customers to Moon and could not be more impressed by their service. The front office always picks up the phone and is responsive and accommodating. Both times we had techs on property same day!!! Unreal service and expertise by the techs. Clay was our last tech and he is very thorough, experienced and takes the time to explain everything. In my 30 years of home ownership and dealing with other HVAC contractors, Moon has epitomized what a HVAC company should represent. Kudos to the owner and thanks.
