Very helpful as always. If you are looking for the best value out there then look no further. One of the best HVAC companies, if not the best in the area. After over a year of operation I am convinced that the my 5 new HVAC systems are performing as advertised. The 12 year parts and labor warranty is a no brainer. These units have been sized and installed correctly, with surge protectors and I can sleep worry free. Do yourself a favor and have Moor Air install your new system and you will not be disappointed!

We've been using Moon for a while now. Nothing but excellent service. Great technicians. Jack Wilgus ( our technician) is awesome. He's been at our home before. Can't say enough about Moon Air and their employees. 5 stars.

Techs were great, extremely respectful and did an amazing job. I asked for a line to be routed a specific way and they more than delivered everything looks excellent and everyone was very friendly we will be using moon air for all of our hvac needs from now on.

JACK was prompt, efficent & well-versed in our needs. He performed a preemptive strike to ensure we didn't lose furnace & AC function at an inopportune time. We appreciated his sense of humor & thoughtfulness.

Mike arrived on time. The service was great very friendly. Explained some of the components that I was not familiar with as we are currently on oil and owning. Our first home is a learning process in itself. Mike made sure to walk over a few steps and best practices and cleaned up after himself, and made sure not to leave a mess.

I requested service on my garage office mini split heater at 10 AM this morning and at 12 o’clock today the heat was back on!! . My technician Clay responded promptly, diagnosed the issue (operator error!!), and boom, I had heat again in my garage office! Clay has a wonderful disposition,. HE takes time to explain things thoroughly and makeS sure he’s answered any questions you have.
I rate Moon Air number one in customer service.

My heating system was on the fritz so I called Moon Air. The technician was excellent! He diagnosed and fixed the issue.
Unfortunately my system was nearing the end of functionality so I decided to speak with Moon Air’s project manager. He came out and reviewed multiple options for replacement, financing, and timelines.
I felt comfortable and confident with Moon Air so decided to use them to replace the furnace and was not disappointed!
The installers also did an excellent job with installation and cleanup!

Clay and the folks at Moon Air were super responsive and were able to get my system back up and running quickly. Highly recommended

The staff at Moon Air is amazing. Paul did an amazing job on our install. While Paul was installing our new system he made friends with our Pittie Finn. He went above and beyond. We are grateful and highly recommend them.
