The gentlemen who came out to check our system were consumate professionals. They even went the extra mile as to replace the light bulbs that had blown out in the attic. Extremely polite and absolutely professional. They took the time to explain things in a way that someone with no understanding of the HVAC system would understand what the issues and problems were. I would hightly reccomend them to anyone who needs service done.

Moon did a great job on our HVAC system. They helped us obtain heat when our system was totally out of service. i really appreciate the prompt and quick service of Moon, their office support staff and install technicians. I'd go with them again without hesitation....

Excellent service and overall experience. The install team from Moon Air worked tirelessly for over 12 hours on a weekend to ensure I was able to have heat during the coldest period of the year. When a problem arose they quickly went into action to make the best decision on behalf of the myself and that has been my overall experience with Moon, putting the customer first. Could not appreciate and admire their service for my home more and would recommend Moon Air to anyone who asked.

Moon was in my office for several things this week. 1) ductless mini split system top to bottom in my office. 2) installing the electricity to feed my EV charging system. Fantastic service. Quick turnaround and great quality. I've worked with them in the past as well, so I know the quality of the work I'm getting and how they back that work should anything need to be looked into down the line!
