The crew did an excellent job. Kept me informed before any work was completed and stayed until all work was completed and cleaned up. We installed a 4 unit ductless system and it looks and works great. Well worth the expense.

Mike answered all of my questions but I had to ask him to check the AC units which was the purpose of the appointment. He was focused on the furnace...oops!

Moon air is professional and provide excellent service. They do what the quote and at a fair price. They are honest, hard working, and highly skilled. Amanda answers the phone with an excellent attitude everyday. Craig worked on our heater and took great care in every detail. Moon air is a pleasure to do business with.

I had Moon come out today to diagnose an issue with my A/C unit. They said I needed a “voltage enhancement system rejuvenation” that would be from $411-$1200 depending on if I wanted a “band-aid” repair or full repair with warranty. I did a little more research, and ended up fixing it MYSELF in five minutes with a $17 part. I called back to confirm- for the $411 all they would do is change the $17 part. This is absolutely disgusting- they obviously prey on people they think don’t know any better. I will be telling everyone I know to never use them. They will rip you off.

Steve was wonderful to work with. Very personable, polite, and professional. When he came to my house for the estimate it went smoothly and I had a great feeling about the company. Once I decided to go with Moon Air he handled everything and the process was very smooth. There was very little to do on my end and he explained the process well. The estimate breakdown provided was really nice and clearly explained my options, prices for everything, add-ons, and financing options. I didn't receive this with other companies I looked at. They were very quick and were able to schedule the installation for two days later. Justin and Weber performed the installation. They were great guys, very professional. Everyone was easy to get along with. They worked a long day and were able to get all the work done without any issues. I was very hands off during the whole thing and it went great. They took me around to show me the new system once it was done and the house was pretty clean once they picked up the drop cloths. Bonus points for Steve, Weber, and Justin for removing a bat that had found it's way into my basement and was discovered when they began removing the old system. All said and done Moon air was phenomenal and I would highly recommend their services. Kudos to all three guys who came out to do the work and thank you for anyone who worked behind the scenes. The new system looks great and you all did a great job.

The folks at Moon Air are beyond professional. They are absolutely respectful in your home. Their project manager, Steve, is very knowledgeable as well as quite personable and very pleasant to talk to. Their service warranty is excellent. We got the lifetime warranty on our unit as well. Honestly, I wont use anyone else for my heating and AC needs.

Technicians are always prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. I love this company and HIGHLY recommend for all heating and air conditioning needs. Never upsell always tell you exactly what you need and why. This is extremely rare today.

This Company has been a pleasure to work with, we have had some system issues. They have been responsive in every way and working diligently through part delays and other setbacks. They even offered backup solutions if needed to fill any downtime gaps we had with our heating system. We are a business that can't be without heat or a/c. If you need a trustworthy company that stands behind its word this is it.

Joe and Craig were wonderfully knowledgeable and courteous. Arriving on time, they got right to work. They updated us on what they were doing, explaining any steps we had questions about. Their work was perfect! They even stayed longer to help us download the app to work the equipment!
