Moon Air came out and installed a new duel fuel Furnace/ Heat Pump system in my home. The work was done timely and efficiently. The Moon Air team did an amazing quality job. Shout out to Jordan, Josiah, Kyle and the other crew members that helped get this install done. 5/5 very highly recommend for your HVAC and Electrical needs.

They installed mini splits in the big room of our church's Childrens Ministry building. The techs were extremely professional, polite, and efficient. Jimmy, Nick, and Ivan worked well together, they took the time to answer our questions, and they got the job done in a timely manner. When they were done, they walked us around and explained what was done in each work area.

Steve was very informative. He presented 3 options for us to review. He was professional and friendly. We were happy that our new AC unit could be installed in 2 days. We enjoyed working with Steve.

HUGE thank you to Moon Air Inc. for fixing our heat in January! What a whirlwind it was for them. They had to come out on New Year's Day, couldn't get any parts until Tuesday (since the parts supplier was closed), etc. All in all, they had to come out 3 times to get it totally fixed. But all three trips were necessary, so I don't want it to seem like they were dragging it out. They emailed me constantly to let me know the status, sent me pictures of our technician, so we'd know he was the right person coming to the house, called me to keep me updated, etc. Everyone involved was super nice and I cannot recommend them enough!

I had a great experience with Clay repairing my fresh air valve controller. He found the issue, let me know what was wrong, and fixed the originally messy wiring to make it clean and organized. Amanda was very friendly and helpful with scheduling my appointment. Scheduling was easy and flexible.

This was the best contractor experience I have had in 25 years of owning a home. Everything was done within a day, the team was on-time and took the best care of my home. Josiah was professional and paid attention to all the small details that are important to me. I would recommend him & Brad and Moon Air to anyone.

Moon is the best. I had them install 2 A/C units this past fall. The technicians were friendly and know their business. The installations were not easy due to the age of my house. They did an incredible job. The units work well. Moon even contacted me to let me know I was eligible for a new tax rebate.

We just bought a house in October and unfortunately our heating went up in February on one of the coldest nights we had. I called Moon Air and they came our right away to inspect and clean my system. We knew we needed a whole new system and Steve gave us quotes and helped us pick the best options. We got a whole new heating and air system, they were professional, punctual, and had very competitive prices. I can’t recommend Steve at Moon Air enough! Great company and even better people!

This was our first time using Moon Air and Koz was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. The company was easy to schedule with, sent reminders and showed up at the agreed upon time. We would recommend him and Moon Air based on this experience.

Jack was the technician that came out and he was very professional very polite and knew what he was doing. He got right to work and was done in an hour. I definitely will be using moon air incorporated the next time. I need someone for my air conditioner needs.
