I lost air conditioning on a hot day in August. The company I use and had a service contract with told me it would be 8 days before they could send someone out. I had just had the unit serviced and a new part put in. I called Moon Services and they were out that day, identified the problem and offered solutions. I now have a service contract with Moon and will be using them. They responded quickly, were very friendly and customer focused. I am so glad I called them.

Craig D. arrived timely and was very congenial. He impressed me with his experience - 10 years on the job. He efficiently checked the condition of our HVAC system and had a couple of good suggestions for dealing with certain issues that were brought up. He also was the first service tech to dive into the outdoor split unit to clean up the accumulation of leaves and debris at the bottom. I was very pleased with his service.

So I scheduled a ac maintenance in June 10 1st available was July 29 ok great. I guess if it's a good company it's worth the wait. Well the 29 is here and I need to switch my appointment time to later in the day . I had surgery on Monday and have a infection so doc needs to see me and conflicting time. So I call and ask if anyway I could be switched with another client on the service call list for today . I get sorry we can't but can reschedule you for the end of September. You just lost my business.

We had a great experience with Moon Air. They came out to service our very old HVAC system and were very thorough in explaining what wasn't working and our options. The person who came out to give us a quote on a new system was fantastic, and the technicians who installed it were great too. Everyone I have interacted with was polite, helpful, professional, and friendly. When we schedule the new HVAC install and then our A/C stopped working entirely a day or so later, I called back on the off chance they could fit us in sooner. The person in the office was very helpful and really followed through. Overall a very very good experience and we will definitely continue using them for regular service.

He was honest, informative and was prompt in his arrival. We got the phone call that the technician was on their way and he arrived with in the next 10 minutes. He was also great with our dog! He also called the office to have us get set up for an estimate and 3 minutes later I received a phone call. Great service!

Steve who provided the estimate and initial information was a great ally in deciding what mini split unit was best for us. That combined with their competitive price and great Daikin 12 Warranty for parts and labor made this investment seem as safe as possible. They even provided an Educational Discount since I'm a teacher.

Justin and Omar installed the unit and were extremely considerate and helpful throughout the entire process as well as providing guidance on how to optimize the connection of the system with our houses little quirks. Justin walked me through each part of the system and controls and Omar explained the exterior units connection and safety features and together answered any questions I had. They even reconnected our washer and dryer. Lastly they left the house cleaner than when they started, drop cloths, foot covers, face masks, and vacuuming and removing all debris from the work site.

Truly outstanding service from all parties involved.

I just had a new HVAC system installed in my home and I can't say enough how wonderful the experience was. From start to finish the team was professional, polite and patient. Steve, the project manager, came and gave the initial consultation. As a person who knew very little about HVAC systems, he answered all of my questions and there was none of the typical sales jargon or pressure to commit. He gave me the information I needed and was even able to provide an estimate on the spot. I went on and got multiple estimates from different companies and Moon Air was by far the best value with the best warranty.
Justin and his team came to install the system within the week and again, I cannot say enough how impressed I was. They were polite and friendly and the work got done in a timely manner. I was even able to continue working at my work from home job without any disturbances. And I have to mention the fact that they even made friends with my german shepherd who barely tolerates most people speaks volumes. :-)
