Fast, affordable, and no pressured sales pitch. The customer service rep who took my call was kind, and was able to set me up with an appointment same day.
Dave (who preformed the repair) was GREAT. He arrived fast, immediately diagnosed the issue and was able to get my system up and running within half an hour of arrival. He made sure to tell me about their annual service, but wasn't pushy about signing up.

What a pleasant surprise I had today. We had scheduled our spring checkup with you for today. I just came up stairs from turning the lights on for the technician and thought to myself , it would be nice if Dave came today but knew that usually he’s busy with installations . The door bell rang and there he was “Dave “ , so happy to see him and see what’s new in his world.

I had a very positive experience with B&B last week. The technician, Trel, was on time, professional and very courteous. He answered my many questions. He was just here to do a quick check up on my heating system. At the time, I decided to sign up for a yearly plan for my water heater. On checking out my water heater, he ran into an issue. It took him quite some time to fix it and he even had to go get a part. He never rushed and he stayed until he felt that the problem had been solved.

I called B&B for a second opinion after United Air Temp replaced a blown capacitor in my heat pump. Their tech told me that the compressor was on its last leg and that I needed to buy a new $11,000 system. Suffice to say, that's a lot of money, so I called B&B for a second opinion. WOW! What a world of difference between the two companies.

B&B scheduled a time, and Dave showed up on time. After inspecting the system, he told me that there was nothing wrong with my heat pump and that it was still going strong. He was honest, experienced, and didn't try to BS me into buying anything. On top of all that, because this was a second opinion, there was no charge.

Dave could have tried selling me on a new unit, and I would have bought it. But he didn't, because my heat pump still has several years left on it, and he's an honest man. That type of honesty should be rewarded. If he's any indication of the techs B&B hires, then I'll use them for my service and annual maintenance from now on.

I have used B&B for over 25 years as they have serviced our AC & Heat over the years with a service contract. I am not usually a fan of these kinds of contracts, but I have used them for several emergencies over the years and it pays off. First, for them to come out and diagnose and issue costs nothing, they perform bi-annual maintenance for free, except parts and you also receive a discount on any repairs. We recently lost our heating and B&B came out to put in a new system. The service rep (Juan) came out 3 different times to diagnose and install the new unit as it was a difficult repair issue to diagnose. It ended up being the control board, but we got a quote for both that and a new unit. Given it was over 26 years old we went with the new unit. Juan and his service manager (john) explained the costs, benefits and options. They performed the work professionally, on-time and kept me informed of the progress the entire time. We have not used another HVAC company, but with their reps (Juan/John especially) we don't feel we need to consider anyone else. Great Job as always!

I made a service call to repair my A/C and tech was on site within 45 min. Juan was great. He fixed the issue, explained the issue in detail and gave additional recommendations for future maintenance. Price was reasonable and service was excellent.
