Have been using B&B for over a decade now and they are so professional and every single tech knows what they are talking about! It's so nice to have professional and reliable people each and every time we need them. Trel came out for my annual summer inspection and thoroughly did what was needed and advised me accordingly. I really appreciate that they never oversell and always are so knowledgeable about my 15+year old system. I will always use them and highly recommend them too!

Dave was out today and he was great! Super nice guy, helped moving the equipment blocking the air handler closet (I forgot they were coming and didnt move them in advance) and was very quick on servicing and cleaning the AC unit. One of the many things I like about B&B is that the people who answer the phone are always friendly and helpful. This goes for the office as well as their emergency answering service. On Sunday morning I discovered a large puddle surrounding my furnace in the basement. A friendly and helpful person at the emergency answering service took my information and in less than an hour a B&B manager called me to say Adam would be here in an hour or so. After a detailed inspection Adam showed me that the furnace itself was dry. This meant that the water surrounding my furnace was coming from somewhere else, not the furnace. Adam continued the search until he found the problem. The plumbing for my sump pump worked its way loose and sprayed water around the furnace whenever the sump pump came on. He showed me how easily I could reconnect the plumbing and how to check that the sump pump was still working. Adam even told me how to make sure it doesn’t happen again and he checked the electric outlet to make sure the sump pump had power. The cost for the service call was zero. And that’s some of the reasons I’m glad I’ve had a service contract with B&B for over 20 years.

Trel and Adam were punctual, masked and efficient in this biannual visit to check out our HVAC. They told me the process would take 30 minutes and with no problems it was even quicker than that. B&B has been our vendor for decades and the annual cost has never changed. Over the years they've replaced our HVAC with good brands and been responsive when we've had (very, very rare) problems.

Trel was back again for our fall checkup, which was as efficient as ever. It's comforting to know our HVAC system is in good condition and that we're ready for the coming winter season. It's always nice to see the B&B guys. They are polite, grateful for the business and well protected in these covid times. We highly recommend them.

Trel and Chris came this time for the Fall '22 checkup. They provided their usual excellent service and in addition took on a wasp nest in the unit, which they successfully removed. These checkups are so easy because they know our house and our HVAC system. As we change seasons, it's always great to know everything is in good shape.

Trel and Chris were back for the Spring 23 checkup. They were their usual efficient selves but stopped to chat about the age of our HVAC (13 years) and made a recommendation to add a device that could help us extend the life of our system. I also enjoy conversations with them as to how new systems are changing since we could be in the market for a replacement very soon. Their insights help us budget better and to be less surprised when we realize that a new HVAC could soon be in the works.

Came same day. Said I needed a new thermostat and to call BGE. BGE came out and said the thermostat was fine. I paid for and replaced it anyway. It still didn’t heat the house that night. I called B and B back out. At the time it was warming the house but I told them it wasn’t working most of the time. I had an issue with the technician wanting to charge me for another visit but the manager called and sent another person out. Seems to be an intermittent problem and the new technician was patient. Not fixed yet but I’m happy that they are trying.
