Dave was our technician. He was here for our annual heating system maintenance. Dave was knowledgable, informative, friendly, tidy, and efficient. He gave us great advice. It was actually a pleasure having him here today. Thanks, Dave!

Trel performed an inspection and maintenance on our heat pump system. He was friendly, courteous, kept us informed as to progress, and answered all our questions. We have been a long time customer of B&B and plan on continuing with them.

Brandon came out originally to troubleshoot our AC system. He found a defective part and ordered it. When it came in, he and Trel came to replace the defective part. Now my system works. I was glad to see that it was Brandon and Trel because they have been here before and knew exactly what to do. They were quick and they tested the system to make sure it worked. Both Brandon and Trel were courteous, friendly, and professional. I’ve been a customer with B&B for 10+years and recommend B&B to friends and family. Its your employees like Brandon and Trel that make B&B a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

B&B technician Trel came out today for our fall service. He was wonderful. Very professional, knowledgable, polite and efficient. We have always had good service with B&B, but Trel is my favorite technician so far!

I had a wonderful experience working with Dave and Adam...delivered true customer service! They took the time to explain the problem I was having with the system in everyday language...they even gave me a few tips and lessons to maintain the hvac system in good working order. I look forward to working with Dave and Adam when another problem arrives...which I'm sure it will because these systems don't last forever unfortunately. Thank you for honest service.

Trei was awesome. Came out on last minute notice. Professional and quick. His cleaning made a big difference immediately in the air flow of my house. Definitely pleased with the service.

I have been a customer of B&B for many years, and have a contract with them. They are an excellent company! No matter what time of day a situation, or an emergency arises, they are always available! Trel was my technician, and he was excellent as always! He explained what my system needed to perform at its best this summer. He also explained some other concerns that I had, regarding my heat pump. I highly recommend! Even though appointments are scheduled in blocks of time, (mine was between 9am and 1pm ,) they always call you when the technicians are on the way, which is greatly appreciated! Also, he still wore a mask and shoe covers when needed, which I also appreciate!

Of course, our A/C waited until Friday afternoon on the July 4th weekend to break down. Our regular provider could not come until Tuesday, so we started randomly calling emergency repair services. After several stated they could not come by until at least the following week, we called B&B and they arrived within 20 minutes. Our technician, DJ, was thorough and professional. He identified the issue quickly, and the cost was quite reasonable for a regular service call, let alone for an emergency. Highly recommend them!!

The recent services provided by B&B were performed in a timely, professional manner. Dave and Adam did a great job. They were friendly and professional in every way. My wife and I have used B&B for years and the work this week was up to the standards that we have come to expect. Many thanks for your excellent service.
