Great experience! Been a customer for a long time! Juan Julio helped me today & he was friendly, knowledgeable, communicated everything and was in & out as quickly as possible.

Dave and Adam performed the latest semi-annual service on our HVAC system June 21st. Professional, polite and efficient.

The technician was very knowledgeable and careful in going through our house. He explained the situation with our units and gave us a couple different options. Will use this company again.

We had several issues, and we were due for our check up. We made an appointment and “Trel” arrived on time and started to work. Not only did he complete the inspection but gave us great advice regarding our filters. He also figured out the thermostat issue, which was. That our vents were all very clogged (he stated that they were visibly very dirty and that were causing some of our issues). He was very professional and very helpful. I hope you see him again at our house. TREL is the man!!!!!!! what

It's 6pm Friday, the forecast low is 12, and your furnace just stopped working. Time to panic? After calling four different companies, B&B called back and said they were on the way. Trel showed up as promised and spent a great deal of time trying to diagnose an intermittent problem. He didn't try to pressure me into buying any expensive new parts, just solved the immediate problem. By the time he left I had a working furnace again, and it's still working a week later. On Monday, B&B called with pricing on potential replacement parts but again no pressure to buy anything now. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

My heating system is rare and for years I've had the hardest time finding a company who understood it or could service it. Finally, I was referred to B&B Heating/Air, and they quickly and easily diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. Again, at least 4 other companies have attempted to resolve my issue over the years, unsuccessfully! I'm very pleased with the service that I received!

BBAir was able to come out promptly to fix our ac unit. Dave knew the problem right away and checked other things before he left to make sure everything was running okay.

Dave and DJ were both very personable and explained everything well. They did a great job and will definitely call again and refer to friends and family.

Dave did an excellent job of identifying the issue with our hot water heater very quickly, getting the part from the office, and installing it. Dave was excellent and I appreciate the excellent service he provided.

We have been using B&B for maintenance of our HVAC since over 15 years. We had them install a new HVAC system with a/c and gas furnace 3 years ago to replace a 23 year old system which they had maintained. Their work is thorough and technicians and office is professional. In the long run they provide value for money as they stand behind their work. Trel and Chris were here to perform maintenance /checkup on the heating system - were helpful, polite, professional and respectful of the house. Highly recommend.
