B&B Air Conditioning & Heating Service

My family and I returned home from a vacation to no heat in parts of our home. I called B&B and they responded immediately. Our service tech Adam was prompt and able to diagnose the problem quickly. B&B saved the day. Kudos to Adam, he was responsible, courteous and so very professional. I would call B&B again shall the need occur.

We have been customers for over 30 years at 3 different houses. We have a service contract and have spring and fall maintenance done every year with B&B. Over the years we have had the AC and or heat go out at the most inopportune moment and they have always come out right away and addressed the issue. They are not the cheapest company but their level of service is worth the extra price. Most recently Juan came to do our fall maintenance. He was friendly, respected our property and was very thorough. I like to see the same faces so that the worker knows the house and equipment. For the most part we have had many workers who come back over the years so we don't have to start over with new employees. Would recommend company ...excellent service!

Trel was here this morning to do our semi-annual check of the heating/air conditioning system. He was a very personable and professional young man. Luckily there were no issues for him to correct. But we would be pleased to have him back any time we need a technician.

We started with B&B Company when we live d in Cockekyville
checked the furnes, and hot pot stove in the garage.
We moved to Middle River Peppermint Woods developmint to take care of my parents. We still have B&B check our HVac system, take good care of inside furnes and dran tub. Dave and DJ are alwaes make sure the therastate is working also. I give them afor all they do

Trel was timely, informative, and polite. He helped identify the problem and made sure I understood the issue before helping me take the best course of action. I would highly recommend both him and this service.

We have used B&B for over 25 years. They do excellent work and are very responsive. Adam was here last week for routine maintenance and did a wonderful job.

Dave came out on today's date 5/2/2023 to perform our Spring inspection to make sure we were set for the Summer ahead. As always he was on prompt, very professional, courteous and efficient. He ran his tests change our filter and explained what he was doing and why. He stated we were set for the Summer. He was also very sorry to hear of the recent death in family and paid his condolences, which menat a lot to me!This is always peace of mind when these inspections are completed and done so by folks we have confidence in. I have been using this business for over 15 years and the staff is very professional. I woke up one morning last week and found that the heat was not coming on. Within 30 minutes of reporting this condition to B & B both Trel & Du were dispatched to my home. They diagnosed the problem within a few minutes upon examining the unit. Within 20 minutes they completed the necessary repairs and the heat was up and running. I appreciate this business and have recommended it to my neighbors.
